I run to the car in a hurry, im gonna be later for Darcys first play if I dont hurry up! Her school said to be there for 11am and its 10:38am, I step on the gas pedal and speed as fast as I could not even turning on the radio
"MUMMY" I hear Darcy shout, I look up to see Darcy on stage with a little angel costume on.. I huess shes the angel gabriel then, I take a seat the closest I can get to the front which is the 3rd row back.. Harry come on your gonna be late!
"parents, the play has been delayed till 11:30, you can have a free drink of tea or coffee for your wait" an elderly looking woman told us before disapearing behind the scenes
"am I late?" Louis asked startling me a little..
"where is Harry?" I ask
"I dont know, I thought he'd be here.." Louis answered, I think hes being honest
"no hes not here" I mumble as we get a drink of tea and return to our seats
"Ladies and Gentleman, we would like to announce the play of Jesus and how he was born, which is christmas" A little boy said.. its starting and Harrys not here.. it dawned on me
hes not coming.
