A really hectic day after school , a group of people rush out from the canteen side and run towards their bus as ofcourse they were getting late.
"OMG , can you hurry up already , we are going to miss the bus!" , kendrick screamed as the whole group slowed on purpose just to annoy him.
"Relax Kendrick , the driver wont leave without you." , remarked Harry with trying to control his laughter.
"Easy for you to say fool! Your bus is almost here, we still have a long way to go," - kendrick
"Guys chill , lets just go without wasting time so that we can reach on time" I remarked as we made a run for the busses. As we were rushing, I crashed into a girl , something that I would regret for the rest of my life.
"Im so , sorry..we were in a rush." I apologised to the lady and then we continued our run for the busses as we narrowly make it! Upon reaching home..things tend to become boring as everyone gets held in their own work. This was the time when we were all engrossed in studies as we approached our finals for +1.
The next day , which was Thursday apparently, the last of the week , everyone was so happy about it. And just to top it off , the last period was given to us as PE , and the weather was just so perfect for football on that day! After a good , 45 mins of football , we we're all tired and looked like dogs who just ran a few miles. That was the day when Kenny scored his hattrick , and to celebrate, we all decided to get some juice to drink from the canteen, which was stupid since I bought a drink almost everyday but for them it seemed really special. But anyhow , the day was pretty special for me atleast , as I ran into that girl once again , but this time she was with a couple of her friends. But there was a good and also a bad sign. One of the girls from that group was a family friend of mine, which didnt seem good for me as I thought I was in trouble for running into her the other day which too was just an accident. But to my surprise , she just waved and said "Hii" with the widest smile of her face! You could say I was shocked but I knew how to handle such situations. I smiled , turned around and ran in the other direction at my fastest pace , and then I see James and Harry behind me aswell , which at first I thought came for moral support but I was SOOOOOOO wrong. They instead just came up to me and started teasing me.
"Okay Arthur , getting all of"them girls" . I was being teased for being said Hey by a girl I didnt even know. So i decided to search for her on social media upon reaching home. I ignored James and Harry in school and headed for the bus. Upon reaching home, I quickly got in touch with that common family friend and found details about it. "Maria Fernandez , now who are you" , I actually ended up messaging her and she seemed really excited about it , her replies were the proof to it.
Me - "Were you that girl that I ran into the previous day..and today aswell ?"
Maria - "Yes! HIII Arthur , how are you!?"
Me - "Im good , howie you ? And what and how do you know about me?" , I remarked with curiosity
Maria - "OMG , you're in 11th rite ? Science group and all ?"
I didnt know how she knew all this or why she was so excited to talk to me , and thats what scared me the most.
Me - "How and why do you know me!"
Maria - "I know alot about you , Jessica told me everything about you. You're so stupid that you dont remember me. We met at one of the family gatherings , which was hosted by jessi's father , The beachparty .. REMEMBER?!?!?!"
I had no clue what she was talking about.
Me - "I remember that gathering but not the people from it since I didnt really care about the girls there."
Maria - "Well too bad , there was 3 girls over there that were checking you out the whole time"
Me - "Im sure that included you aswell"
Maria - "No No No , I was too buzy playing with my brother and making sand castles"
Me - "Hahaha! Nice....."

The conversation continued for a bit untill I realized I had to do my homework , so I bidded her off and kept the phone for the day. I didnt really realize back then that this silly girl WOULD somehow become a huge part of my life but this is for some other chapter 😉.
Now , seeing her while going time became very usual. The wave became less awkward and we even started chatting more frequently. Leaving all work aside , that would be my first task as soon as I got home. Message her first! And after a few weeks , she started introducing me to her friends , and upon talking to them , i realized that this lady would keep on talking about me , in school , during break time , periods , going time, even in the bus . Practically everywhere which seemed creepy but at the same time I sorta liked the unusual attention. One of her friend's that I got introduced to was Daniel. And dayymm Daniel ! I had no idea you would change my life in such a way....
