Moon
I was sleeping in my room, half off the bed, when there was a huge banging on my door. "Ugh." I rubbed my neck and walked down the stairs. I saw a note in Rogue's handwriting. 'Dear Moon, I left somewhere with Sting and I won't be back for a few hours.' I crumpled the note in my hands and threw it away. There was a harder bang and I heard six knocks. "Coming!" I yelled annoyed. I swung the door open and saw my girlfriends, Levy, Lucy, Wendy, Erza, Juvia, and my favorite, Lisanna. "May..*yawn*...I help you?" I asked while rubbing my templets.
"First: Theres a fall dance! Second: Were going shopping! Third: Put some pants on." Lucy said while laughing. I looked down and saw I wasn't wearing my usual basketball shorts, but my orange panties. My cheeks heated up and I caught Lisanna trying not to stare. The girls barged in and pushed me into my room. They opened my closet door and raided it. "Do you own anything but jeans?" Erza asked me. "How many shirts with numbers so you need?" Lucy glared at me. "So many high tops!" Lisanna picked up a pair of white ones she obviously liked. "You can keep those if you'd like. They're too small anyways." Lisanna smiled and put them on as a replacement for her flats.
"Here! Wear this." Juvia shoved a pink blouse in my face. "No way." I said but she wasn't being nice, no she tackled me and changed my shirt. "Aw~ So cute." The girls smiled at me. It was tight, itchy, and it shaped my breasts way to well. "Here! This is so cute." Tights. I sighed and put them on. Next we're some flats that my mom owned. "I-I have no problem with those." I grabbed them and slipped them on. "Finally, I need you to wear this bracelet." Levy handed me a charm bracelet. I studied the charms, one book, a star, a cloud, a piece of strawberry cake, a wave, and a cat. The last piece of jewelry I've ever worn like this was a necklace from my mom.
My eyes started tearing up but a smile was the only thing my lips made. "Are you okay?! If you don't like it we can always re-"
"I love it. Thank you." I smiled and wiped my tears away. "Now, shopping sounds like fun." I stood up and the girls smiled at me. "To the mall!" Lucy yelled and we all ran out. I grabbed my car keys, locked the house door, and told everyone to get into my car. It was a black truck. "Lisanna in the front with me." I said and unlocked the doors. We all got in and I started the truck. When I pulled out of the driveway Lucy handed me a disk. "Play it." I grabbed it and put in the disk player. Then my favorite song came on, Can't hold us. "I'm gonna sing now." I told them. "Go for it."
"Here we go back, this is the moment
Tonight is the night, we'll fight 'til it's over
So we put our hands up like the ceiling can't hold us
Like the ceiling can't hold us
Return of the Mack, get up!
What it is, what it does, what it is, what it isn't.
Looking for a better way to get up out of bed
Instead of getting on the Internet and checking a new hit me
Get up! Thrift shop, pimp strut walking, little bit of humble, little bit of cautious
Somewhere between like Rocky and Cosby. Sweater gang, nope, nope y'all can't copy
Yup. Bad, moon walking, this here, is our party, my posse's been on Broadway,
And we did it, our way.
Grown music, I shed my skin and put my bones into everything I record to it
And yet I'm on.
Let that stage light go and shine on down, got that Bob Barker suit game and plinko in my style.
Money, stay on my craft and stick around for those pounds,
But I do that to pass the torch and put on for my town
Trust me. On my I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T your hustler,
Chasing dreams since I was 14 with the four track bussing halfway cross that city with the backpack, fat cat, crushing
