"A Goofy Movie is seriously the most underrated Disney film of all time." Eunsook said as she and Jimin watched Goofy and Max join Powerline on stage, the two young boys having fallen asleep halfway through the movie. "You've raised your son well."
Jimin chuckled and scratched his neck nervously. "I try my best." They finished the movie in silence, and Jimin found himself not wanting Eunsook to leave yet. "Can I offer you a drink?" He asked as the credits rolled.
"Depends on what you have." He lead her into the kitchen.
"I don't have much, because I try to send any leftover alcohol home with my friends when they come over, but I do have some beer, wine, and Screwdrivers, since Taehyung can't handle his liquor, like, at all."
"I'll take a Screwdriver, since I will be driving home after this." Jimin grabbed two bottles out of the fridge and opened them, handing one to Eunsook.
"If you don't mind me asking..." Jimin hesitated. "You seem kind of young to have a child Biwoo's age."
"Well, he's not mine biologically." Eunsook explained. "I'm his foster mom, working towards adoption right now."
"Did he adapt well?" Jimin asked, not wanting to pressure her into telling him the full story.
"With his situation, it wasn't hard." She said, vaguely. "You also seem pretty young to have a child Jiho's age." She took a sip of her drink, looking at him.
"Well, mine's a pretty long story, and completely different from yours."
Eunsook looked into the living room to see the two boys still fast asleep. "I have the time, that is, if you want to tell me."
Jimin set his drink on the table. "Where do I start? Well, I got my girlfriend pregnant at the end of our junior year of high school, married her as soon as we graduated, and realized that was the biggest mistake of my life." He looked over at Eunsook. "I gave you the shortened version."
"I see that." Eunsook nodded. "What about his grandparents? Did they help at all?"
"Her parents kicked her out the second we told them, and my parents were kind enough to let us stay until my 18th birthday. I haven't spoken to or seen them since."
She looked back at the sleeping boys. "He's such a sweet kid, I can't imagine anyone not wanting to know him. Especially his own family."
"Thankfully he hasn't asked much about them. I'm still trying to think of how to explain it to him when he does."
"It's always a hard thing, trying to explain to kids these types of things." Eunsook tapped her finger against her bottle. "How's he taking the separation?"
"Other than the occasional asking when Mommy will be coming back, he's taken it pretty well."
"At least she's still in his life. It would be much worse if she had completely disappeared from it."
"I guess that's one way of looking at it."
Eunsook looked like she wanted to say something, but changed her mind. "I should probably get going. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up Biwoo."
"I'll walk you out." Jimin followed her into the living room, where he watched her wake up Biwoo long enough to tell him she was leaving and kiss him goodnight.
She turned to him at the door. "I had fun tonight. We should do this more often." She waved at him as he held the door open for her, closing it once she was gone.

"Can I have banana, please?" Biwoo asked over breakfast the next morning.
"Why yes you can." Jimin smiled at him before grabbing a banana from the bunch sitting on the counter. He cut it in half, giving one to Biwoo and the other to Jiho. "Look at you." Jimin giggled at Jiho, whose face was covered in oatmeal. He grabbed a rag and began wiping his face when he heard a knock on the door.
"Hey!" He smiled at Eunsook as he let her in.
"Sooky!" Biwoo climbed down from his chair and ran to her, wrapping his body around her leg.
"Hey, Biwoo! Did you have fun?" She asked as Jimin went back to cleaning Jiho.
"This morning, the floor was lava, and Jiho's Daddy had to help us leave the room without falling!"
"That sounds like a lot of fun!"
"Does Biwoo have to go now?" Jiho pouted.
"Yes, he-" Jimin was cut off by another knock on the door. "One second." He was halfway to the door when Mila let herself in.
"Come on, Jiho!" She stopped when she saw Eunsook in the living room.
"Nice to see you again, Mila." She turned to Jimin. "We'll be going now. I'll see you on Monday." Jimin waved goodbye as she left.
"Why was she here?" Jimin turned to see Mila glaring at him. "You do know we're technically still together, so it's wrong for you to have a girlfriend."
"And who exactly is that guy that's always at your place when I pick up Jiho?"
Mila glared harder at him. "Jiho, go get your stuff from your room."
"Yes, Mommy." Jiho ran off to his room.
"That is none of your business." Mila said as soon as Jiho was out of the room.
"So you can get mad about our son's teacher being in my living room, who, by the way, was only here to pick up her son who stayed over last night, but you can let some random guy that I don't even know the name of around my son, and it's none of my business?"
"Namjoon is perfectly fine to be around Jiho."
"Oh, so Namjoon is his name, that's good to know." Jimin said. "And it's perfectly fine for him to give a 3 year old soda and let him watch Family Guy."
"A soda will not kill him, and he doesn't understand what goes on in Family Guy anyway."
"He's still 3, Mila. Family Guy is not appropriate for him, and soda has way too much sugar in it, and the caffeine isn't good for him either."
Mila stepped closer to him. "He's my son, too, and what goes on when he's with me, is not up to you, or any of your business." Jiho walked back into the living room. "Come on, Jiho, time to go."
He gave his dad a hug. "Bye, Daddy."
"Bye, buddy." Jimin ruffled his hair and watched him leave.
