so. . . this is goodneighbor? umm. . . it's been months?years? who counts these days? well it still looks like a dump and smells like piss ,it's not like i was expecting a grand kingdom in here but i guess it's got a little more friendly.

i walked a couple of steps from the main door, passed the small stoned wall as a man with a leather jacket , a few scrapes here and there on his cheek with some signs of dirt mugged, as i passed him a hand laid on my shoulder drawing my attention to to the arm, leading to the man.

"hold up there, first time in goodneighbor?" he says. i narrow my eyes know what he was up to, i turn to face him and play dumb to see what he would do. "what's it to you?" i say sounding interested of what's he up to. "well , well you can't go walking around without insurance" he say giving in to my 'disguise' as i call it.

" nice try, now back off tweedle dumb"i say as i start to walk away from his deal and him. " what was that? I couldn't hear over the sound of all that "pathetic" he says in a more angered tone.  i carried on walking , but befor i take another step a rough tug pulls me back "you hand over everything you got in them pockets or 'accidents' start happenin' to ya. big, bloody 'accidents'" he says keeping an iron grip on my arm.

"Whoa, whoa. time out" a familiar voice rings in my ear , i look over  my shoulder to see the king of the zombies himself. " lay off this one, they're a guest. you lay off that extortion crap" Hancock says walking closer to us, i'm guessing he doesn't like people know that we used to know each other, then. nice one Hancock.  i thought in not  so happy mood, the man who i thought was the tin man ,loosens his grip on me and i step away carefully.

"what d'you care? she ain't one of us" the man snarls es at Hancock, keeping his ground.  " god damn right i'm not one of you! tweedle dumb!" i say mischievously just to piss him off. he turns his head to me , vines showing at his neck , hands curl into thists, and teeth showing in the corner of his mouth only for me to let out i slight giggle and a smile in the corner of Hancock's lips.

"no love for your mayor, finn? I said let'em go." Hancock says strating his back and chin up , somehow making him look more powerful only for 'finn' to step up . " you're soft, hancock. you keep letting outsiders walk all over us , one day there'll be a new mayor" finn says, i stay quiet knowing that finn was hitting a personal button , Hancock narrowed his eyes slightly at the last comment and glint of annoyance lit in his eyes but played it off cool.

"Come on, man. this is me we're talking about. let me tell you something" he says calmly walking up to finn as if old friends and begins spread his arms out for some bro hug? only for finn to trust in the wrong  person and end up with a couple of stabs in his stomach. Finn landed on his knees grabbing his wounds but only to end on the floor with the filth, with his last seconds with Hancock's words.

"now why'd you have to go and say that, huh? breaking my heart over here" Hancock says making sure that it was finn's last words he would hear ,as i look down at him i took pity in him .  "you all right?" i look up at Hancock to see him stepping closer to me.

"fine" i bluntly say hoping i would get out of this conversation fast, i started to walk to him , only to pass him when his eyes slightly widen at my presence. i carry on walking only to hear "really? nothing easels? not even a kiss? (y/n)!" from his lips sending a small giggle my way as i turn the corner.

Hancock stood by his bodyguard, fahrenheit. as he watches the direction (y/n)'s presence was, wanting her to run back.

"old friends?" she asks as she leans against the wall . Hancock sighed at her question " much more, but right now less than acquaintances" he says looking regretful at  the floor from the memories that pop into his drugged mind.

To be continued. . . . .
