I bet you are getting bored now and frustrated with the development. I humbly apologize, I just love slow burn. And I have to say, Doflamingo is a little out of character? Only because he's with you. 😉 (But he was kind of too angelic in the last chapter so I made some changes there—Had to remind myself that I LOVED him because he is EVIL).
I'm limiting my descriptions and babble so that we can continue on with the story.

It had been a day after Doflamingo came into your room. The void created had deepened painfully like daggers stabbing your chest and ripping apart your ribs. You had wondered where he went off to and you were then left in a cold pool of loneliness, none of his crew mates made appearance before you as well at the hour of awakening today. At least now, your body was invigorated from your long slumber and you can continue on the day without thought of tempting sleep.
And now, Traflagar Law is supposed to be arriving to check on your health. You are in no trouble at all from the poison, given the careful treatment of the man you loved. In your opinion, it was Doffy's very presence that mended your wounds from sketching scars, but there was one reason why you agreed to Baby 5's request to call in this certain captain.
The doors opened and there he was in all his glory, one of Doflamingo's companions...Trafalgar Law. Many probably know him as the second most popular character in One Piece today, but you only know him as just that pirate. You didn't like the way he stared or the way he took and overlooked over certain situations. At the back of your head, instincts and experience with pirates tells you he will betray Doffy sooner or later but you wouldn't know until it has been converted into reality. But you did love his style, the style of the crew and their ship but your likeness of him extended that far.
The Doctor of Death walks in, his sword strapped to his hip, his spotted hat on his head and his smug expression to his face.
"It would be easier if you came to our ship. My equipment is all there."
You cross your arms and smugly reply to his smug expression and smug suggestion while staring into physician eyes. "I don't care. You're a great doctor aren't you? You can make do with simple tools and its not like I am in danger. I only needed my health checked is all."
His eyebrows rise at my constant looking behind his back, you were disappointed to see him alone. "Gah. Where are your crewmates?"
"They stayed in the submarine, a few of them are following after me."
And from the doorway, his bear crewmate walked, upright and wearing an orange jumpsuit with all the innocence in the world. Well, not quite. Your smiled couldn't stretch any wider. A small group tagged along, three men with caps shadowing their eyes. You remember them of course.
The beat asks, "How are you [Name]?"
"Come closer," you order. The bear approaches to your bed and you jump out of it and hug him, clinging to his neck with your legs still on the bed. You squeal, squeezing him on the spot.
"GAhhh! I missed you fluffy!"
You tighten your hug around him with all the strength you can muster. You sway him around and squeal. He was like a huge warm stuff toy! You nuzzle your face on the fur and had your legs wrapped around his wide girth. It was only until you noticed his eyes bulging out of eye sockets and his adorable paws, like harmless cotton on your skin were clinging to your arms as if in plea to be released from chains. You were choking him and you let go, apologizing for not having calculated the amount of strength supply you should have exerted.
"I'm so sorry cutie!" You turn to the pirate captain and flash him a grin. "Trafalgar, aren't you going to him to me already?"
The pirate did not answer nor was he paying any attention at all. His tools clinked as his fingers rummaged through the box, searching for his necessary equipment. You established a sort of friendly relationship with the pirates residing in the house but he was an exception, you disliked him but you don't know the actual reason. It was maybe because Doflamingo holds a special interest in him and you definitely loathed that.
"Come on Trafalgar, I'll pay you double."
"No."
"Triple?"
"No."
"Hard bargain eh? Multiplier of ten!" You smirk, no one can resist that.
His crew shout out in excited response and one of them starts nudging Trafalgar Law. "We'll be richer than Gold Roger!"
One of them adds, "The loss won't hurt the crew."
The bear, betrayed furiously shouts, "You can't do that!"
You squeeze his cheeks closer. "Don't worry, you will be in good hands."
Trafalgar Law answers once more. A final..."No."
I mutter. "Well, you aren't any fun."
You stare at the bear again and hug him, but with lesser strength now. "I missed you!"
"Don't you miss us?" One of the crew mates asks.
"Of course I do! Group hug!"
But before they could do so, Trafalgar Law motions them outside, except for the bear because you had stubbornly hung on to him. You wave them goodbye with teary eyes, they had done the same thing which made your heart swim with happiness.
Well, you certainly enjoyed people's company...CERTAIN people.
The phone rang and you already knew it was from the Marine Headquarters and you were going to have to report.
