Chapter 4- The Fair

I woke up early that morning, Lou was still asleep, I think everyone was. I crept out from under the covers and tip-toed out the door. I think my starvation had woken me up. I was so hungry! I passed through the living room to fing Liam and Sam who had supposedly fallen asleep on the couch last night. The sight of them together made me smile. As I made it to the kitchen, I was curious to see what the boys eat. I opened the refrigerator and see 2 bags of fresh carrots -of cousre Loui's-, a sack of potatoes-Liam's-, a frozen container that read 'Fish and Chips', and something called 'Clotted Cream'. I took the clotted cream out onto the counter and stared at it for a few second then lost my appetite. "Morning Alli!" I jumped out of my skin then turned around. It was Lou. His hair was messed up and his smile was small. He looked adorable. "Morning Lou." I said smiling. "Why are you up so early?" he asked. "I was hungry and I couldnt sleep." I replied. "Would you like some breakfast?" he giggled a manly giggle. "Sure." I smiled again. "Whats this?" I glanced back down at the clotting cream. He had a suspicious smile "Thats clotting cream"-well duh!- "try it!". "Nahh Im good." I said with a cheeky smile. "No seriously its really good!" he begged. "No its gross looking!" I said "You never know until you try!" he replied in an even louder tone. "Nope not gonna happen." I winked at him. He walked over to me and stole the clotting cream out of my hand and unscrewed the lid. He stuck his finger inside the jar and pulled out a big glob of the cream out. He raised his an eyebrow and slowly started walking towards me with his cream coated finger level with his face. "Ohhhh no, Lou dont you dare!" I yelped. "HAHA!" he provided an evil laugh and then started chasing me around the island, that was in the center of the kitchen. "Louis, I swear...!" I said. We stopped on oppisite sides of the island. "You swear what?" he said determinded to catch me. "Put it down, Lou I dont want to try it." I said pitifully. He laughed at my 'babyish' attitude. I crossed my arms. He sprinted around the island, stood behind me, clasped his arm tightly around my waist to where I couldnt get loose. I slapped both my hands over my mouth "Hmmmhm." I mummbled. He started at me with his big blue eyes know that it would make me break. "Fine.. gosh." I gave up. I wiped a little clotting cream on my finger from his and slipped it into my mouth. "Oh yuck! Louis this is terrible!" I screamed, grinning at him. "See, now you know not to eat it anymore." he winked. "Oh your in for it." I said plotting my revenge. "Mhmm okay." he winked. "Morning guys." the rest of them were up and adding to kitchen one by one. "Hey guys." I said still staring at Loui with a mysterious look on my face. "Vashappening?" Zayn yelled. "Oh nothing... " Lou sighed and looked over at me. "You guys looks rough, go sit down I'll make some pancakes." said Liam. Sam stayed in the kitchen to help her newly found love, while the rest of us went and sat down in the living room. "Did you guys sleep well?" I asked Lindsey and Niall. A fast yes came from Niall's lips but them Lindsey added "Heck no... Niall snored all night!" she squealed making everyone laugh including Niall. "What about you guys?" Zayn said to Lou and me. "Amazing." Louis rolled his head around to stare me in the eyes then smiled. "Allison?" Zayn repeated. "Pretty good, you know considering... LOUIS WHERES NOTHING TO BED!" I shot my head towards Louis who was somewhat sitting behind/beside me in the recliner, giving him daggers. "Dude! We have 3 girls living here now! Change your habits!" Harry chuckled. "Thats exactly what I was thinking!" I added. Everyone laughed once more while Louis, still looking down at me, slipped his fingers through mine and grinned. It was a perfect fit.

"Okay kids, whatcha wanna do today?" Liam asked the group. Everyone had already eatten Liam's delicious pancakes, showered, and was all ready for the new day. "We could...." we were all cluless. "Go to the ...fair?" Harry suggested. "Yeahh! Sounds fun." Sam said. everyone cheered. "Hey that was my idea from last night haha." I joked around with Harry. We loaded up in the car and drove off. This time the seating arrangments were different, thank the lord for that! It was Sam and Liam duhhh, Naill and Lindsey duhhh x2, Lou and I, and then Harry drovve while Zayn sat in the passenger seat. I liked it this way a lot better. I think everyone else did too. It took about 30 minutes away from our day to drive to and from. "So should we stay in groups or split up?" Naill asked. "Lets all stay in groups for now but then trail off later." Louis replied. we walked around for a while trying to find a ride that suited us all. It was nearly inpossible haha considering Niall and Zayn liked loopy rides, Harry and Sam liked the slow calm ones, and Lindsey, Liam, Louis and I liked all the others. We all finally decided just to hang around and play the little handheld games. "Liam... really, you dont have to win the teddybear!" Sam said. "Sam Im getting the teddybear! It'll only take me a minute." he was dteremined, and completely focused on that teddybear. 20 minutes and 35 dolloars later he finally got the teddybear for her! It was adorable! After a couple of hours we all sat down to eat. "Im not trying anymore of your weird british foods!" I called to Louis as he brought our food to the table. "Dont worry haha its just a hotdog!" he replied. "Haha okay." I added. "You guys having fun?" Zayn asked with a face full of food. Everyone giggled. "Yup its so beautiful here!" Sam said. It really was beautiful. Plus it was about 8:00 at night so all the lights on the rides were appearing in the dark sky. "Okay, I think its time for everyone to go on there own. What do you guys think?" Louis raised his eyebrows. "Haha alrighty." everyone agreed and got up from the table. Loui and I started going our own way when "Okay! Have fun." Naill winked back at me. "Yeah! Be good. Haha." Sam repeated. Louis and I looked at eachother and walked away, I could still hear everyone elses giggling in the background. "Where are we going??" I was curious! "You shall see in a minute!" he replied in an old english tone. We started running and of course pulled me along with him. As we raced past various rides, all I could make out a blur of the brightly colored lights shining off of them. Right when I started to enjoy being pulled, he stopped and stood beside me. He looked over at me, as I noticed where we were and what we were about to do. I turned my eyes to him, giving me a romantic kind of stare and grinned. We were standing in front of the London Eye. "You know Im scared of heights... right?" I reminded him. "Oh yes, I know." he replied with a cheeky smile. "So that means we dont have to go on the highest fairest wheel in England. Haha!" I laughed and tryed to walk away, but... "Ha Ha nope! That means we absolutley have to ride the largest faires wheel in England!" he winked and practically had to drag me over to the line. "Please, noooooooo." I said with a convicing smile. And then sat straight down on the ground, crossing my legs and, refusing to get up. He tugged and tugged without full force at first but then, not using much more strength was able to pull me up and sling me over his shoulder... AGAIN! "Louis!" I yelled laughing. "Ohhh, this never gets old!" he laughed. The ticket man at the front of the line looked at us like we were crazy. Once up on the platform, Lou carfully sat me down on the cart with avaliable seats, then he sat down beside me. As the wheel inched up into the night sky I lifted my feet into the seat with the rest of my body and covered my eyes. "Dont worry! Ive riden this a thousand times." he said. He lowered my hands from my eyes exposing how high up we were.We werent even half way up and I wanted to cry, but I didnt haha. I started freaking out!! I started breathing really heavily and I wanted to scream! Im pretty sure he could noticed that I was scared out of my mind! "Hey... hey calm down, haha just look at me until we get to the top. Just concentrate on me." he smiled. I certainly wont have a problem with that haha! He pulled me close and wrapped his arms around me. He made me feel safe, even on a ginormous fairest wheel. I turned around and looked into his eyes. "So you said youve riden this a thousand times? With your thousands of other girlfriends?" I giggled. "No Ive only gone with the boys haha." he replied. "Now now, be honest." I winked. "No really, your the only girl Ive ever brought up here." he smiled and looked at me sweetly. I smiled back at him asking myself questions why he hadnt brought any other girl up here. "Oh and by the way... were at the top!" he said excitedly staring into my eyes. "Really?" I asked. I froze! I widened my eyes and locked them on his refusing to look anywhere else. "Look! You wont get to see this anywhere else." he said amazed by the view. "Ha! Id rather not." I gave him a fake laugh. He sighed and then raised an eyebrow. I finally built up enough courage to switch my sight to what he thought was so amazing that I had to risk myself passing out on him. Haha. "Oh my gosh....." light clouds were settling out on the hills behind the city. The sky was completely dark with a blue tint. All the lights showed different shades of oranges, yellows, and light pinks, and moving cars reflecting the street lights to where it was twice as bright. I could keep my eyes off of it. "Its beautiful." I said slowly. " I told you." his voice seemed to have gotten 5x deeper in the time I had been admiring the view. We looked at eachother for a couple minutes having another one of those moments. The same kind of moment that we had in Nando's, but there was more connection. Before I knew it his face was getting closer and closer to mine. I knew what was coming but was too overwhelmed to freak out like I normally would have. I was still enclosed in his arms but his hand came up, and the backs of his fingers brushed my cheek leading to him lightly pressing his lips up against mine. I could see the light shining through my eyelids as I enjoyed this once in a life time experience. It was perfect. We pulled away and deeply looked at eachother with amazed eyes. He grinned as I leaned my head back on his shoulder. Before we knew it the ride was over and I was unsure I was able to get up and walk haha. We got out of the cart and started walking to find the group. I couldnt stop smiling. He grabbed my hand and said "So you liked it?". "Haha yes, it was amazing!" I replied. We laughed about my fear of heights until we found the rest of the group. "Hey guys!" Lindsey called to us. We all met up and started walking towards the car. "Good day huh?" Harry said unlocking the car with his keys. "Yeahh today was great!" everyone agreed and I looked back at Lou, he smiled once more. The ride seemed short because we were all caught up in the conversation.
