Chapter 5- Night Conversations

Once we got back to the house and we all had our pj's on we came back together in the living room. We went ahead and started talking about what we did in our time away from the group, while Louis was still in the bedroom doing who knows what. "Ok spill the beans, what did you and Niall do?" I asked. "Haha we went on a roller coaster." Niall said. "Yeahh, more like he forced me on a roller caoster!" Lindsey laughed. Everyone giggled with her. "Sam and Liam?" Zayn asked. "We just kinda hung out, spent time talking." Sam said. "Yeahh" Liam smiled. "What about you and Lou?" Harry asked raising his eyebrows. "Well Lou took me on the London Eye." I replied. "Ooooo la la how romantic." Lindsey winked at me. "Haha." everyone giggled at her once more. I glanced over at Harry who had no expression his face what so ever, then looked up at me. I just stared at him for a second then looked away. The London Eye thing seemed to bother him, for some reason. I could tell he knew something about what had happened with me and Lou. Louis walked in to us all watching Niall doing his little irish boy dance and us laughing our heads off. "Naill, mate your insane." Louis said with a grin on his face. "What.... the girls dig it!" he winked enocently. Haha that just made my night like 5x better! "Ok so we start working in the studio the day after tomorrow so I think tomorrow we should all just stay here and hang out. What do ya say?" Liam suggested. "True, yeah thats a good idea, you girls need to start going over some of the music." Harry added. "Yeah cuz we totally dont aready know everyone of your songs by heart." I winked sarcastically. Everybody laughed including him. I was glad he was smiling unlike a few minutes ago. "Ugh, Im so tired!!" Lindsey and I agreed. "Yeahh me too."Zayn said. He walked over to Harry and put his arms around him, jumping into Harry's arms like a little baby. "Carry me to my room, love." Zayn added again. "Sure thing bro." Harry replied laughing. "Night guys." Sam yelled as Harry carried Zayn to their room. "Goodnight." they shouted back. "Goshh, they kill me." I said giggling. "We should all probably go, its getting late." Naill said yawning. "Ok night guys." we all said to eachother. I skipped up to mine and Lou's room and jumped on the bed, cuddling up in the warm sheets. He followed close after and chuckled at the sight of me already falling asleep under a massive pile of blankets. He layed down and smiled at the ceiling. "What?" I looked over at him and giggled. "Nothing haha today was just great." he replied. "It was." I agreed. "Goodnight Alli." he smiled and kissed my forehead. It was so sweet. I grinned at him and said "Night Lou." Then he got into the other bed. The lights went out and I closed my eyes. I was exhausted but couldnt get my mind off of our kiss. I tossed and turned and still couldnt find myslef the slightest bit ready to settle down, so I quietly got up and silently returned to the kitchen. I got a glass of water and then noticed that the One Direction mansion had a balcony that looked over the whole city. On the oppisite side of the glass door was that gorgeous bunch of dark brown locks that I would recognize anywhere. Harry was facing the world with his hands gripping the railing of the balcony, that was bound to be stone cold by now. I inches over the sliding doors and opened one of them stepping out into the cool night breeze, that pushed my hair over my shoulders. As I got closer to him I could see the glare in his eyes, he was wearing a serious look. I finally was standing beside him. He knew I was there beside him, but yet still didnt look at me. "Couldnt sleep?" he said softly. "No, you?" I asked. He shook his head, no. "So what do you think about Liam and Sam?" I asked with a grin. He chuckled a little. "There cute. Haha he really likes her." he finally looked at me. "Yeah, and Lindsey and Niall." I said. "Mhmmm.." he agreed. It was silent for a few momnets. I looked over at him as he looked down at his hands. Something was deffinently bothering him and then, all the answers came out. "Did he kiss you? he said slowly. I let out a sigh. I could tell Harry was looking at me but I didnt really want to be part of the eye contact that was waiting on for me. This completely shocked me, but still in a way that I knew it was coming. "Yeah." I nodded my head. As I gave in and looked over at him he returned to staring at his hands. "Why does it matter to you?" I added calmly. "Becasue it does.." he didnt finish his sentence. "Sam and Liam have kissed, youve seen it." I said "Yeahh, well I love Sam to pieces, but its just different with you." he got much louder. "How?" I widened my eyes, we were shouting now. "Its just different because I- you know what, forget it." he said ending our discussion. I turned around and leaned up against the railing. "Dont yell." I was determinded to make him calm down. "I kinda forgot it was 2:00 in the the morning.. ha." he joked. He started humming a tune although I knew that it was of course one of their songs, I didnt know which on e it was, so I listened. After hearing the ups and downs of his deep sweet voice I realized it was Save You Tonight, but a slower version. I started lightly singing along with him. He looked over at me and smiled. I grinned back as we both sang aloud together. 'Its a quarter to three, cant sleep at all. He's so overrated, if you told me to jump, I'd take the fall, and he wouldnt take it. All that you wants under your nose, you should open your eyes, but they stay closed, closed. I, I wanna save your, I wanna save your heart tongiht, he'll only break ya, leave ya torn apart ya. I cant be no superman, but for you I'll be superhuman. I, I wanna save your, wanna save your heart tonight.' As we stopped the sky felt completely empty without our voices to fill in the space. We now were standing side my side. "Are you tired now?" I asked. "Just a little." he replied with a grin. It was silent still trying to get over our argument. "So whats going on tomorrow?" I through another question at him. "We decided to stay in and just work on some music." he replied. "Alrighty... lets do this poo." I winked at him. He chuckled softly in return. We started heading back towards the glass doors and stepped inside. The carpet felt warm on my feet compared to the ice cold cement I had been standing on for the past 20 minutes. "I guess I'll see you in the morning then?" he asked grinning. "Most deffinently." I replied. And then he suprised me as he enclosed me in his arms for a few seconds to where it wouldnt seem like more than a hug. I could tell we both didnt want it only to be a hug but that was all that happened. I was so short compared to him he couldnt possibly put his arms around my waist. Haha. We let go and then walked off to our rooms and as from my point of view, from what just happened, I wasnt going to be able to go to sleep.
