Hospital

I woke up to a bright, white light and me laying in a hospital bed with Mr Clarkson on one side of the bed and my step-dad and mum on the other.

"What...happened?" I asked

"You went unconscious, but you're awake now so that means we can go home." My step-dad said. And the nurse walks in.

"I don't think Kyle will be leaving until a few more hours Mr Stack." The nurse says while walking over to me with a clipboard.

"And why is that?" My step-dad said with an annoyed tone

"We need to run a few more tests just to make sure Kyle is ok." The nurse said trying to put smile on her face.

"He's fine, look at him he's perfectly fine."

"Its better to be safe than sorry."

"You'll be sorry in a minute!" He put his fist in the air and the nurse stepped back a bit.

"Mrs Stack I think you should take Mr Stack here to the canteen to calm down a bit." Mr Clarkson said to my mum. My mum and step-dad then walked out of the ward and the nurse behind them then going separate ways.

"Is he always like that?" Mr Clarkson asked me.

"Like what?" I asked back.

"Well it kind of got scary for a minute then."

"Yeah, sometimes he can be like that." Mr Clarkson then pulled up a chair next to me and sat.

"What's it like at home?"

"Crap..." I stopped making eye contact after I said that.

"Why is it crap?"

I shrugged my shoulders.

"Is it because of your step-dad?"

I nodded my head.

"What does he do?"

"He err....." I got cut off from my step dad then walking in.

"KYLE! Get off your ass now, we are going home the nurse said you're fine!" My step dad shouted from the door with my mum behind him. I glanced at Mr Clarkson before getting of the bed. I heard him sigh when I walked to the door while he was getting out of his seat.
