Papyrus led me down the winding hallways, quickly reaching on of the smaller dance studios on the back aide of the campus. He burst through the door, still dragging me along. I glanced over and saw that he was talking, but had no idea what he was saying.

I looked ahead of us to see the blue fish from earlier, along with the yellow dinosaur, the shorter skeleton, the human girl, and a pink and gray robot.

Ohh boy.

The others all turned to look at us as Papyrus burst through the door, still chattering. He stopped and turned to tell me something. I waited for him to slow down and remember that I couldn't understand him, but he never stopped chattering. Finally, I reached out and touched his arm to get his attention. When he paused to look at me, I tapped my ears, smiling gently.

His eye sockets widened, "(Y/N), I am so sorry! I completely forgot." He signed, frantically.

I grinned, "It's fine, Papyrus. Now, come on. I want to meet all those friends of yours."

He nodded excitedly, before taking me by the arm, and dragging my over to them.

"Everyone, this is (Y/N). (Y/N), these are my friends, Undyne, her girlfriend Alyphs, Frisk, Mettaton, and my brother, Sans." He quickly introduced, pointing to each one in turn.

The others looked confused.

"Papy... you know you don't have to sign for me anymore, right?" The girl, who I assume was Frisk, checked.

"Oh yes, I know, Frisk! But I'm not doing it for you, I'm-"

"He's doing it for me." I interrupted, still grinning slightly. "It's hard for me to read lips when he doesn't have any."

All the other stared at me for a moment, before the shorter skeleton grinned, "Well, it's nice to meet ya', (Y/N)"  He signed, lazily.

"Yeah! Any friend of Papyrus's is a friend of ours!" Undyne chipped in, her signs frantic but clear.

My smile grew, and a warm sensation bloomed in my chest. "It's nice to meet you all."

"Well, I hate to break up this nice little meeting, but we can only practice in here for a short time, so I suggest we get started." Mettaton broke in, glaring at me for some reason.

The others nodded and broke off into groups. Papyrus raced off to Mettaton, and started chattering. Alyphs waved at me shyly, before Undyne dragged her off. Frisk went over to the balance bar and started stretching.

I smiled at the grouping, and went to sit in the corner. I pulled my laptop out of my bag, and opened the music program. I felt the floor vibrate slightly, and I glanced up to see Papyrus and Mettaton doing a blend of Latin and hip hop dances. It actually looked really cool.

I felt a hand gently brush my arm, and I turned my attention beside me. Sans was sitting beside me, grinning still.

Wait.

Do skeletons ever stop smiling?

Question for another day.

"Whatcha up to, kiddo?" He signed, looking at me instead of my screen like most people.

I motioned to the two dancers across from me. "I'm watching Papyrus so I can try to make sure this is just right." I explained, somewhat excitedly. I plugged in the extra headset I had and offered it to him. "Wanna see?"

I saw him hesitate, then accept it. He slipped it over his skull, nodding when he was ready.

I rapidly pressed buttons on my keyboard, then pressed play. I glanced at over at the short skeleton, nervously awaiting his approval. The song wasn't meant for him, but I figured he should at least... note hate it?
