LUKE'S POV
I jump up in a panic, feeling my neck for bite wounds, I sigh "it must of been a nightmare" I say to myself looking around my room. I get up out of bed letting the forest green blankets fall on the floor as I walk tiredly to the bathroom to get ready for work. I left my house walking down the cobbled streets passing horse drawn carriages and people selling random things. Susu my deputy ran out of a allyway and greeted me " Sheriff last night two people where murdered. It looks like the were drained of their blood from the neck. They also have bruised wrists making us believe they where being held by the wrists. Sheriff rumors have started to spread that might be a vampire" he says. I shake my head " susu vampires dont exist. Now i want you to set up more police officers on patrol. I want this murder found" I look in the alleyway Susu came from to see a feminine body frowning. Susu nods and runs off to do his job. pain washes through my head making me hold my head in pain. I lean on a wall and after a few minutes it goes away. I glance up to see a shadowy figure watching me from another alleyway I glare at it and it backs into the alleyway I follow on instinct leading me to a dead end. growling in annoyance of letting a suspicious figure get away, I turn to go back only to see a boy standing in front of me. i backed away, my back hitting the wall. as my hand reached for my gun his eyes turned red freezing me inplace. he takes a step closer and i panic seeing his white hair and blue eyes he looked just like the boy from his nightmare. The boy frowns seeing my fear "if you promise to not pull out your gun ill set you free" he says. I frown struggling to say "f-fine". The boy looks away and i fall down feeling like my strength was tooken from me. The boy leans on a wall and says "id rather keep this quick i need your help and i think you might need my help t. for you see a pure blood vampire is breaking the rules of are people and has been killing humans in this town now i need your help to find him and to defeat him" making me frown "okay one, vampires dont exist and two, if they did how could me a regular ol human do?" i yell loud enough for only me and him to hear. He gives me a akward smile and scratches the back of his neck. " vampires do exist and well your the sherif so i think its in are best intrest to work together so we can capture the murder around these parts." he says "fine but how do i know your not the murder" i look into his eyes. " you would be dead if i was" the boy said in a monotone voice. i only nod before asking his name. "the names..."
(sorry for the clif hanger and the long wait lots of things been happening and now im back with ideas so stay intuned for faster updates and more chapters of my books
also it took more time to make this because of me putting ideas down that had me decoding it for 2 days because of me being a idiot
