I didn't know what time was the "right" time to discuss the getaway plans with Perrie. It seemed almost impossible to even think that it would work, but we just had to try. The media wasn't going to stop Perrie and I from being together. I wasn't going to let it happen.
I decided that there would be no better time, but any time. There was no certain day that it had to be discussed. It just needed to happen. After Perrie and I had woken up from the night before, I gathered my courage, and decided to finally talk to her about it.
"Perrie, we need to plan. When do we run?" I asked as she and I stared at the ceiling, watching the fan blades spin around continuously.
"I don't know Jes. This just seems so surreal. Are we really running away from the world? Is that what we're doing? The world can't be escaped from, no matter how much I wish it could.." she said, sighing deeply afterwards. I sighed as well, grabbing her hand gently.
"I want to spend my life with you. I don't care where we do it, as long as you're with me." I said, gazing into her crystal blue eyes. She kissed me softly on my lips, making that familiar heat spread throughout my body. There was no real way to explain the way I felt when Perrie kissed me. It was like.. a source of power yet known to the world. I was positive she was the one. And I would risk everything for her. For us. Running away did seem surreal. It really did. But what other choice did we have? Acceptance for us would be impossible nowadays. Our mixers wouldn't even be the problem. It's our management. How I hate our management.
"Jesy, where would we even go?" Perrie asked, her voice breaking my train of thought.
"Anywhere. Just far away from here. And our makeovers.. that's a must. We can't look like ourselves." I explained. She sighed, and grabbed a small piece of my hair, pouting.
"I'm gonna miss your beautiful brown waves." she said, making me laugh.
"I'm gonna miss those gorgeous blonde waves of YOURS, my princess." I said sweetly, kissing her cheek. She blushed, and smiled at me with that jaw dropping grin. I couldn't understand how she was even human. She was too perfect. And I loved her more than anyone could imagine. What was I doing with my life before?
Perrie's POV
I took Jesy out that night, ignoring what anyone had to say about it. This was most likely gonna the last date she and I will have before we completely change our identities.. I took her to this lovely restaurant called Jack's a few miles away, because it had just opened recently and Jesy loves the type of food they serve. When we entered the restaurant, the lady behind the stand was holding menus, but her face had complete shock on it. I gave Perrie a look, and then looked back at her. Her nametag read "Sophia," and I was trying to figure out why she was so shocked to see us.
"Perrie and Jesy, right?" she asked, her voice shaky."
"Yes love." Perrie answered sweetly.
"Oh my god.. I'm such a huge fan of Little Mix. I've been obsessed with you guys ever since the X-factor and I can't believe you two are right in front of me, with me rambling like an idiot."
I couldn't help but give a huge smile. She was adorable.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sophia." I smiled.
"Same to you. And by the way, you girls inspired me to come out to my family.. I was kicked out, but I'm now living happily with my girlfriend. I can't thank you enough for inspiring me through music, and through normal things such as love. I know this may sound weird, knowing that you two aren't out as a couple to the public yet, but I can tell what you have for each other is real."
"You were kicked out? That's bullshit, babe. I'm so sorry. And thank you so much, it makes us so happy that we've inspired you." I said, kind of angry that they kicked this sweet girl our for who she loves. But.. we inspired her? That almost replaced all the anger of her ignorant parents. I can't believe Perrie and I inspired her with our relationship.. We took a picture with Sophia, then she sat us down in a nice little booth.
After we ordered our drinks, things seemed to go great. Even greater, when we had two unexpected visitors.
"Um.., excuse me..?" asked a shy voice. Next to Perrie, were two teenage girls holding hands.
"Oh, hi girls! How can we help you?" Perrie asked, turning to them.
"We love you guys so much. We came out to our parents because of you two and we've never been happier. And you're music got us both through some horrible times.. It's almost unreal that we're seeing you here." The tan brunette girl said.
"We really love you girls. So much." The other girl said. She was a bit shorter than the other, and her skin was a little lighter. My heart melted once again. Were we inspiring our fans not only through music, but through love? Once the girls left, I gazed at Perrie. who had a huge smile on her face.
"Babe, what just happened?" she asked, her smile getting bigger. I laughed, and then smiled at her."I don't know, but that was incredible."
