Dream Roulette (BTS/Yume Nikki Crossover)

Chapter Three

Time to meet the others... If I haven't decided who to stay with yet, then whoever wants to kill me can't do anything for now. I'm feeling confident in my odds. I have a 6/7 chance of choosing correctly, so if I'm careful enough, I can make an informed decision and increase my odds even further. I decided to choose a random door, so I made my way to the exact center of the room and spun around, pointing at a random door as soon as I stopped. The door in front of me is the smaller door with silver swirls painted on it. It's certainly an elegant looking door. I wonder what sort of person would be behind this door...

I opened the door carefully and stepped in, realizing that I'm in some sort of concert hall. And it's massive. I closed the door behind me, noticing that it's hidden behind a black curtain that had been pushed aside when I had opened it. The arena is empty, but the coloured lights are on and the main lights are out. Making my way down the stairs between the sets of chairs, I approached the stage carefully. There's nobody around, but there are a few water bottles at the back of the stage. Some empty, some half filled, and two full ones. I carefully climbed onto the stage, making my way to the back where the water bottles are. I looked around again, my heart nearly stopping when something behind one of the nearby curtains moves. I cautiously took a few steps to the curtain and lifted it, feeling both disappointed and relieved that nobody was there. I noticed that whenever I move on the stage, a white light follows me, so at least it will be hard for whoever is here to sneak up on me. I walked a little further in behind the curtain before turning around and jumping. A small gasp escaped my lips as I saw someone I'd never expect to see in this realm.

"Park Jimin..." I mumbled as I took a step back, a second light appearing over him as soon as his name left my mouth. He looked at me in a slightly confused manner. Does he not remember me? Maybe Jin was just being paranoid. Wait, is Jin in this world too? If he is, I know I'll definitely be safe with him.

"Y-You know my name?" he asked shyly, avoiding eye contact with me. Is he actually being shy around me? I thought he was dangerous... Maybe he's faking it.

"Yeah. Jin told me about you" I replied, shifting a little further back. "He told me you're trouble."

I wasn't expecting this, but he looked a little hurt when I had said that. Shouldn't he be angry? After all, Jin has very subtly exposed him for being the bad one of the seven.

"Oh... he did, did he?" he asked quietly, looking down at his feet. Okay, I actually feel a little bad for him. But I can't ignore Jin's advice...

"Yes. And Yoongi explained this 'game' to me already. I know that you want to kill me" I explained to him. HIs eyes widened a little before returning to their original size.

"Kill you? B-But I'm one of the one's who's supposed to be protecting you..." he quietly replied. Right...

"Well... I'm not just gonna throw away a friend's warning just because you're shy. I think I'll be off now" I said before jumping off the stage.

"Oh... Okay. Bye, I guess" I heard him say. I replied with a simple yet polite 'bye' before making my way to the door and lifting the curtain. Without hesitation, I entered the lobby and stood in the middle of the room once again. Well, looks like I found the enemy already...

I realized that I had been here for a while already, so I'm probably going to wake up soon. I sat down in the lobby quietly, staring at the doors before remembering that I haven't visited Taehyung yet. I stood up again and headed over to his green and silver door and grabbed the handle, hoping that this time the door will open. Unfortunately, it didn't. Why not? I headed over to Yoongi's door and attempted to open it, achieving the same result despite the change of colour in the feathers. Can I only visit them once? I promised Yoongi that I'd visit him again once I've seen the others. Unless I have to visit everyone before all the doors open again...
