Silence can bring back the past
The dead rise from their graves
They laugh with a mute grimace
And with a horrific grin she waves

The woman who beckons to me
Death is her name
I'm begging you, save me
From the silence whence the woman came

The stillness is invaded
By daemons in my mind
The ceiling's blankness is pervaded
By terrors of every kind

A scream for help, a roar of rage
Anything would do
I'd die to flee this silence
If it'd bring me back to You

Silence brings back memories
Visions of long dead love
Serenities and angels
I am no longer worthy of
