I'm looking forward for today's adventure, I am going to take her to Santa Monica Pier. Once again, I pull up to her driveway and ring her doorbell. She comes out and we get into my car. It was about 45 minute drive to the pier, it wasn't as long as last time.
As soon as we got there, we bought some food considering the drive was pretty long. We walked around and rode a few rides to kill some time. I took her to the line at Pacific Plunge and Phoenix looked really excited. I was happy she wasn't scared to go on, I didn't want to force her into anything she didn't want to do. We got onto the seats and ensured we were strapped in safe. As we were going up, I look over to Phoenix and she looked a little nervous. I hold her hand and rubbed my thumb in circles to help relieve her. She gives me a smile as we descend 90 feet into the air. We stop at the top and there was a breathtaking view of the Pacific.
Then, it went crashing down as we plummet to the ground. I look back at Phoenix and she was tightly holding onto my hand. She lets out a small giggle and we get off, still holding hands. After riding a few more rides, I finally decided to take her to the Pacific Wheel. We get on to the cart and it was already night, making the Wheel even more beautiful with all the LED lights.
As we were slowly going round and round, I couldn't help but focus my eyes only on Phoenix. It was hard to believe, I was spending my moments with such a gorgeous, amazing girl. Oh how I wish I could live forever with her without a care in the world.
