Chapter 15: saying good bye

Hey guys Zeon here to let you know this is it the final chapter in the mobian boys Rainbow Rock, but don't worry I plan to make sequels. So without further ado let's end this book shall we?

Shadow looked down before asking, "Have you come ... to welcome me?"

She didn't say anything. Just smiled and offered her hand. Shadow looked at it for a while then started to slowly reach for it, but suddenly pulled away. Maria was surprised by this action.

"Have you come to take me with you?" Zeon asked Cream.
She smiled and held out her hand for Zeon to take it. Zeon looks at her hand as slowly reaches for her hand, but stops and pulls back. This confused Cream.

"What's wrong, Shadow/Zeon?" Maria and Cream
asked.

Shadow looked her in the eye and said, "I'm sorry, but I can't go yet."

Zeon sighs and looks at Cream. "I can't go with you yet Cream I'm sorry." Zeon said.

"Why not?" Maria and Cream asked.

"There's still so much we have to do and more importantly..." Shadow and Zeon turned away from them and they saw images flash in their head. Sonic and their team. Rouge and Omega. Silver. Amy, Cream, team Chaotix, even Eggman. But most of all, Shadow saw Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie. While Zeon saw Sunset Shimmer. "... We have to go back to them. They're all waiting for us."

Maria and Cream smiled at what they heard. "We understand, Shadow/Zeon."

"We kept our promise to you. We gave the people on Earth a chance to be happy. We're gonna keep doing just that, but now ... " Shadow and Zeon smiled to them. "... we think it's time we look for happiness for our self."

Maria bent down and gave shadow a hug. While Cream hugged Zeon. "We're so happy for you, both."

Shadow and Zeon hugged them back. "It's cause we have such great friends."

They let go of each other and then Shadow and Zeon  turned and walked away.

"Sayonara, Shadow the hedgehog," Maria waved to him as he left.

"Good bye Zeon the hedgedragon,"Cream waved to him.

"Sayonara, little sister," Shadow and Zeon waved back without turning around.

"They grown up well," Gerald Robotnik said as he and Vanilla came from behind the two girls and put their arm around them.

"Yes, he has." Vanilla agreed. Cream, Cheese, Vanilla, Maria, and Gerald then turned and walked into the light.

Shadow  and Zeon open their eyes and saw they were back in the nurse's office. They looked to their sides and saw  Sunset, Twilight, and Pinkie. Twilight was in a chaired to Shadow's left side and Pinkie was blowing up balloons. Sunset was sitting on the bed to Zeon's right side. On the table beside them was two cupcakes with a 'get well' card.

"Good morning," Shadow and Zeon said. The girls turned to them and smiled.

"Good morning!" Pinkie said as she let go of the balloon and it went flying.

"Good morning, Shadow," Twilight said as she marked her page and closed her book. "Or should I say 'good evening."

"Good Evening Zeon." Sunset said as she gets up and hugs him.

"How long were we out this time?" Shadow asked.

"2 weeks," Pinkie answered.

"2 WEEKS!" Zeon said surprised as he and Shadow sat up, but held their body in pain.
