Ask Lunala: Queen of the Night

The Basics

Shadow: Seems as though a mysterious contributor has given us the first of the questions. Looking at them, they look pretty simple.

Viper: This should be a easy, what was the question?

Shadow: The questions say "What do you all like to eat?" and "How are you guys, today?"

Viper: Can I answer first?

Lunala: Since you politely asked, sure Viper, you may answer the question first. And I will answer last since Shadow was kind enough to read us the questions.

Viper: Alright, for the first question, I like to eat Pokebeans obviously, but my favorite ones are the purple, blue, and rainbow. As for the second question, I feel fantasical!

Shadow: I guess I am going to answer next. My first answer would be Pokebeans as well, my personal favorites being the dark purple and red ones. And my second answer is that I am well, I just returned from helping Lunala.

Lunala: As such I appreciated your help very much. But as for my answer to these questions, I would believe I enjoy Pokebeans as well, but I simply haven't tasted any other types of food. And currently I feel fine, the night sky is amazing, the moon is shining brightly, personally I wish that many more Alolans appreciated the amount of effort I put forth to keep peace at night.

Viper: We appreciate the night.

Lunala: I know you two do, you would be serving under that metal cat of an emissary. I just want People to appreciate me. Typically they refer to me as "the beast that calls the moon" but "beast" is derogatory. For my counterpart, I would agree.

Shadow: Well they still worship you as equally as Solga-

Lunala: Never mention that name. We shall refer to him and our counterpart. He recieves constant praise simply for "keeping peace" under the sun. If only they were to see my duties through my eyes. Do not mistake me, you two are extremely admirable for your assistance, but even you should agree with me. What does the sun do that the moon can not? Answer me that you two.

Viper: *Back away slowly* W-well. The sun is able to provide energy to grass-types, as well as-

Shadow: I'm sorry to say this but the sun provides warmth to the inhabitants of Alola, while the moon....

Lunala: I see, it seems as though you both oppose me as well.... *Fires a Moonblast barely missing between the two* I challenge you to repeat those statements.

Shadow: You misunderstood! The moon has it's own benefits that the sun does not.

Lunala: Oh, and what are those benefits? Speak now or the next Moonblast shall not miss its target.

Shadow: The moon is a very beautiful sight to look at in the night, while it is impossible to look at the sun directly. The moon also provides for many types of pokemon, Dark, Ghost, Water, even many Fairy types benefit from the moon. If you truly feel unappreciated, then you just need to look for signs of appreciation. I mean what can you do?

Lunala: *Swiftly flies in front of Shadow* What a lovely night it is to walk a moonlit field, see the softer shades, that are by starlight now revealed. *Flies behind both of them* Am I so wrong to wish that they would see things like I do? And am I so wrong to think that they might love me too? I will not be over-shadowed, mine is not the lesser light. *Flies in front of the moon* It comes to this at last, I will no longer yeild the sky, if they can not love but one being alone.... All will no the wonders, of my dark and jeweled sky.... When all the world is wrapped in an eternal lullaby, so say good night, this, the final setting of the sun.... Tommorow dawns in darkness, the night time has begun!

Shadow: Should we end this? Since the world might just be stuck at night if we dont...

Viper: Yeah, but we might wanna end this first. So, bye everyone, sorry for the unexpected events. Turns out we might be stuck at night for a while.... Hope this fixes....
