Dick stared at the zeta tube from where he sat in the batcave. He hadn't been there since the disaster with the Joker. He winced, placing a hand over his mouth. Just thinking of what happened made him shudder, not to mention the nightmares hes had. He hadn't had a good night's sleep in a while, even with him being excused from school.
He was jolted from his thoughts at the sound of Bruce's voice. "You ready, chum?" he asked, ruffling his hair. The boy gave a small shake of his head, keeping his mouth covered. The adult gave a sad smile. "You'll be fine." He promised. "Now get ready. We leave in 5."

Robin, now dressed in his costume, stood before the zeta tubes, his hands shaking slightly. With a glance at his mentor, they both stepped forward, letting the light consume them.

Mentor and protegee walked from the tubes, Batman going to talk with Superman, Black Canary, and Green Arrow. Robin was left, center of the young justice team's attention. In a kid flash (i know. its horrble) Kid Flash was before him, sweeping him into a bone crushing hug. Letting out a small grunt, Robin squirmed in his grasp, trying to get away. He let out a squeak/grunt of protest when Kid Flash pickd him up, dashing to the living room and tossing him on a chair. The Boy Wonder shifted until he was sitting with his legs crossed, glaring at said speedster. He shifted his attention when Kaldur stood up. "We need to talk." He said, his eyes slightly weary.....
