I don't own Harry Potter and his characters. It all belongs to J.K. Rowling. Thanks to my favorite Beta in HP Emachinescat (another platform). Also, English is not my native language.

NOTE: This OS has nothing to do with "Our Heroes" (Another WIP fanfic, I wrote). Swearing a few in this OS.

A few days had passed since the Battle of Hogwarts, the Weasley's family decided to have dinner like the old time before the war had almost destroyed their relationship between them. Since the Battle of Hogwarts, Percy had made a few realizations and he left the Ministry of Magic because of corruption. Since he left the Ministry of magic and became jobless, he had decided to spend a few days with them, his family.

Percy was sitting in front of the twins, on his left his father and on his right his mother. He was currently listening to several conversations that were going on at the same time when something hit him. He looked at the twins.

"Fred, George? What do you have on your hands?"

The twins looked at their hands and then at their brother.

"Oh, it's nothing," George quickly said.

But Percy had already reached and taken his brothers' hands. He looked angry.

"How did you get that?" Percy growled.

"ItwasUmbridge'sdetention," Fred said quickly.

"Can you repeat that, slowly, please?" their father asked, who was also mad after glancing at the twins' hands.

"It was Umbridge's detention," Fred repeated more slowly.

"How dare she!" their father and Percy growled simultaneously while their mother was muttering darkly against that woman. Dolores Umbridge wasn't very loved, but now they had completely lost their respect for her.

Percy cast a Patronus and sent a message to Mrs. Bones. She was still an employee at the Ministry and held a good status in the Justice Department. Percy retained a few contacts in the Ministry, same as their father who still works at the Ministry but had vacation because of the celebration of the end of the war. Their brother Percy asked her to come urgently to his home, The Burrow. He asked his youngest brother, Ron, "Do you know of anyone else who had the same treatment?"

"Harry also had words carved on his hand," Ron mentioned as he shrugged his shoulders, finally that Umbitch will get what she deserved, years ago.

Mrs. Bones entered by floo the Weasley's dining room, and Percy explained the situation to her. She was very unhappy after hearing the situation. She asked the twins to tell her their side of the tale and asked them a few more questions. They showed her their hands as proof. The twins suggested that she send an owl to the press and inform them of Umbridge's trial, as well. It would occupy people's minds from after the war with this entertainment trial where the media would have a glance of it. Also, they might have other people who had suffered in her hands, too while she was working at the Ministry during Mr. Fudge as the Prime Minister.

Mrs. Bones took upon their suggestions in her carnet and disappeared by floo. She left after taking several pieces of evidence of the act and went to her office to prepare the official papers. She sent a warrant against Mrs. Umbridge. She made sure that all the formalities were fine and that her schedule was cleared for this trial.

Percy said, "I'm going to send Harry a letter, asking him to be one of the witnesses in this trial so we can send her to Azkaban."

The next day, Percy carefully watched and followed the trial even if he wasn't working at the Ministry, at the time. He made sure that Umbridge was going to jail. People who read the press that same day and had suffered from her were waiting to tell the court their experiences with her. There was a very long line of people waiting to testify against her.

Day's turn by weeks because of the number of people who bravely came out to testify against her. Each of the tales was unique and horrifying. The temporary Prime Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt and the people who were judging Dolores were feeling paler and weaker at each of the tales. Some of the victims had even asked to testify under the Veritaserum. By doing that, they were showing proof and they weren't lying because they didn't like her face. The worst one was Harry's, of course, his friend assisted and was there to support him during the listening part of the trial. Some of the judging panels had fainted while hearing Harry's tale.

Some reporters were allowed to take notes and make articles about the trial. It had become a media event as Percy and Mrs. Bones secretly wished. People were very interested and were listening and wanting to learn more about it. It was clearly a trial to remember.

On the other hand, Dolores Umbridge was in deep denial of everything even when some of the victims had used the Veritaserum. Even her lawyer had left her after the first day of the tales. No one wanted to represent her which was hard because every person has the right to have a lawyer even in the magical world.

The listening trial had begun in the middle of summer, yet some teachers that supported Harry Potter were there. Even Minerva McGonagall who was able to sneak in as a cat in the Azkaban prison and gave her a piece of her mind. Sad thing, everyone denied that something happened and that Professor McGonagall has something to do with the incident.

Finally, Dolores Umbridge was asked to come to the Court to know the verdict. She was sentenced for the rest of her life for all the accusations that weighed on her head to the Azkaban prison. Each victim, the Weasley, and Harry were happy about the judgment. Some victims could finally have an official closure.

Little did his brothers know, Percy was proud of his brothers. Happy to help his brothers and the people who had suffered in the past because of her. It was the least he could do for his brothers after he had cut the bonds with them during the war. Never again.
