*RING*
Ugh! The alarm.
"Curse you" I yelled at it as if it understands.I'm too exhausted. I can't move a muscle. It's like a truck has just rode on me
Should have gone bed early last night.Had a party yesterday. Ha. Not the kind of party you think.
Loud music.
windows shut.
5 seconds of summer.
Empty house.
Dancing like it's your last day on earth.
Break the floor.
Hair flips.
Apple juice. This is 'gwen party'. I'm not really a fan of parties they throw outside.
They just end up getting drunk , grounded , losing their virginity and drug addicted.I party everyday! And trust me it's amazing.
I could hear my dad panting after his 'healthy early morning walk' and cooking downstairs something.... burnt.
I slowly rise and do a wide stretch while taking a glance at the window, sun peeping from the tall trees, clouds in a shape of....dying chicken I guess. The nature is breath taking. It's a cloudy day. I wish it rains. Been months since it rained here in California.
Been a few months since me and my dad shifted from an apartment house across the street. It was big and comfortable.
But I always have a thing for individual houses with lawns and a swing in the backyard, trees and flowers around. We wanted to start a new life putting behind all the memories of mum. After a year after my mum's death we vacated. It was hard to leave.
The room where mum fed me broccoli and i instantly puked on her, her art work, Her hair brush , clothes ,footwear everything remained there. I felt mum's presence in the house but dad was pretty strong with his decision. He wanted us to move on. 'We can't rewind the past ' he says. It made me feel even more miserable.we moved into this huge house with 3bedrooms which was pretty big for a family of two. It's spacious and got a garden in front ,just like I wanted.
The only thing was the neighbors which creeped me out.
They are a bit weird. They never get along with anyone in our colony. I heard the woman or the mother , living there is a mental patient and she almost hurted the kids when they visited their house for candies on Halloween. The issue became serious and many residents wanted them to leave.I sat there glancing at the neighbour's window. I've seen a school boy, probably my age living over there. Never got the chance to see his face though. Must be the son of the crazy mother. Poor guy , hope he's doing alright. Shall I invite him for my birthday?.
Nah I don't want to end up like those Halloween kids.
While I was Admiring the view outside my window in silence , dad broke in with a loud bang, panting heavily.
"What the hell Gwen why aren't you ready yet!?"He Yelled in frustration
Holy shoot! I have school. "uh dad I'm almost there" I said while I jumped off bed in hurry. He sighed and walked out.*
I brushed my wet brunette hair letting it down touching my shoulders. My hair is short and adding to my height ,people assume I'm a 7th grader. I pull on to my dark blue skinny jeans into my fleshy legs and threw on my hoodie. Not bad though. It's the first day of senior high school I don't really care about my messy appearance .The same old shit every year.
There's no chance I'm gonna reach on time.
I rushed downstairs. Kissed my dad on cheeks stuffing the burnt toast in mouth and ran towards the door.
Sorry muffins. I know the first chapter is a bit short.
Okay... Really short
But hold on people we got lots coming.;-)
Thanks for the love.
