BABY I DON'T NEED DOLLAR BILLS TO HAVE FUN TONIGHT, I LOVE CHEAP THRILLS.
BAM.
My hand collided with the eveil thing everyone calls Alarm Clock. Opening my eyes, I came face to face with the bright rays of sunshine falling on my face.
My eyes scanned around my old room. Plain white walls covered with Band posters and Photographs. Then, my eyes fell upon one particular picture. I looked so happy. Shaking off those thoughts, I got up from my comfy bed and untangled myself from the blue comforters.
Dragging my feet towards bathroom, my mind again wandered to the photograph. I put the toothpaste on my baby pink coloured toothbrush, and started off with cleaning my teeth. After doing so, I took a long and warm shower. The warm water, relaxing me and waking me up from my sleep.
Wrapping myself up in a large white towel, I headed to my closet. Settling on distressed denims and a White polo with my favorite black hoodie, I started drying my hair.
After getting dressed, I put on some eyeliner, some chapstick and my converse. Grabbing my school bag, I dashed downstairs to meet with a familiar face cooking pancakes.
"Morning mum", I said hugging her from behind.
"Morning honey", she said smiling at me.
Taking two freshly cooked chocolate pancakes, I sat down on the dining table to eat. But I wasn't much lucky. Sound of little feet running caught my mind. After a minute or two, a cute boy with golden brown eyes appeared in front of me.
"Cho?" He asked sweetly.
"Yes Jay?"
Jay is my little brother. He can't pronounce my name, and hence, called me out as "Cho." He's of just 5 years and has my mother's hiney brown eyes with my dad's brown locks.
"What are you eating?" Asked Jay, tilting his head , attempting to think.
Oh, he looks so cute doing that.
"Jay, I'm eating chocolate pancakes."
"Can I eat too?"
"Surely baby boy."
He pulled out his chair, and jumped on it.
"Chole, will you drop Jay on your way to school?" Mum asked me sounding uninterested.
"Sure, Jay and I will also get ice creams on our way back." I said, winking at my baby brother.
"You're the best Cho!!" Said the four year old boy, jumping around me.
I finished my pancakes, and headed for my car keys.
"C'mon Jay. Let's go."
He came running and grabbed my hand. I pushed the door open and started walking towards my car.
Opening the passenger door, I put Jay's seat and made him comfortable. Then, I went to driver's seat and started the car.
It was just a 10 minute ride from our home to Jay's school. After dropping him off, I went to my school which was just a 5 minute ride from there.
Reaching there, I parked my car and got out, locking it. The big white gates greeted me with a board on top of it which read:
WILLSON HIGH SCHOOL.
Making my way into the school, I met with the site of all types of students - from the nerds to the populars. I made my way to the principal's office as it was our new year starting the school.
After collecting my schedule, I srarted walking towards my locker. Putting my code in, I opened it and put my books in. Turning from the locker, I was tackled in a bone-crushing hug by a familiar red head.
"Crytal, I missed you so much." I half-yelled, hugging her with equal strength.
"We met like two days ago", she said breaking the hug.
"Still, that's whole two days!" I said dramatically.
Then, we both laughed.
Suddenly, all the chit-chatter in the hallway stopped. Everything turned silent. I turned to look at the door where everyone else was looking, only to find a guy. But not just any guy.
Walking into the school premises, there was Lucas James Adams, the typical popular player of Willson High. There are three things to know about Lucas:
1. He's hot.
2. He's a player.
3. Did I mention he's hot?Rumors are that he has slept with like half of the Willson High cheerleaders.
He is so hot, no wonder girls throw themselves at him."Done day dreaming about the prince charming?" Crystal said sarcastically.
"Pfft. Me? Day dreaming about Lucas? No. And he? My prince charming? An absolute no." I said laughing.
There was no way I would like Lucas Adams, out of all people.
"C'mon lets get to homeroom. We don't wanna be late now, do we?" Crystal said, dragging me to the homeroom.
"Yeah. No need to drag me like a ragged doll."

After two hours of torture, it was finally lunch time.
Walking to the lunch line, I found Lucas sucking face of some blonde chick.
Typical.
Just the sight made me gag. How could they even do that, despite knowing that the whole canteen is watching them?
Shrugging off the thoughts, I waited for my turn in the lunch line so I could finally devour myself into the tasty food. Taking one slice of pizza, a sandwich and a pack of juice, I made my way to our lunch table.
I wasn't the popular type, but I also wasn't the nerd. I choose the path in between.
After waiting for what seems like eternity, Crystal flops down across from me on the table. She looks so happy, it almost scares me.
"What's with you?" I asked her, taking a bite of my pizza.
"Guess what happened?" She said excitedly.
"Edward asked you out?" , I guessed laughing. There was no way in hell he'd do that. We were practically invisible to him.
Let me explain, Edward is the vice-captain of the Football team and Crystal's love since as long as I can remember. Tall, handsome, with a body to die for, he is the second most popular guy in the school, after Lucas. But he isn't a player like others. He's a sweetheart, the perfect guy, prince charming, anything you'd like to call. Perfect grades are a bonus.
"Kind of!!" Crystal yelled.
"WHAT?!" I exclamed, obviously nit containing my excitement.
"Shhh. Keep it low."
"Details. I need details." I whisper yelled.
"Lets go to the library. I'll tell you there." Crystal said picking up her bag.
