"Shawn, please, I want to be alone right now" I cried, trying-but failing-to pry the gentle fingers that were wrapped around my wrist off. "I told you that you would never be alone in these situations. Remember? So, whether you like it or not, I go where you go" Shawn said firmly. I sighed as I remembered the day where Shawn had promised that he would always be with me.. "Okay then" I let out another sigh. Things were so complicated, now that my parents divorced 3 days ago. They were really going to abandon me. I finally knew that they didn't care. I kept on asking them who was going to take me, and none of them answered. The house is now always stuck in a thick fog of silence, and it was constricting. I wanted to go back to the days where everyone talked to each other, love and warmth in the air, and laughter being a habit. Not what I have now, with silence constricting me, and hate hanging in the air. Shawn has really been a help the past few days, holding me against his chest as I cried into his shirt. And I knew, that I would never be alone.
