~Bailey~
I grabbed my books and rushed into my car. My sisters behind me. I watched as Jenny complained about not being able to go to the prom."Come on I don't want to be late, again," I smiled. Jenny stuck her tongue out at me and went to the backseat of my car. Rihanna rushed outside and got shotgun of my car.
I started the car and the breeze of the air conditioner hit me. My hair waved back and I smiled. I rolled my window down and out my left arm out it. I loved the way the breeze felt.
"If you have the air conditioner on why open your window?" Rihanna asked.
"Because it's my car," I said.
"When are you getting a car, Rihanna?" Jenny asked.
"When I get enough money," She replied twiddling with her fingers.
"Is that...," I gasped as I saw him. The new kid. He was in Rihanna's class. He had a humorous attitude and he was fun to be around. His name was Simon.
"Ooh, looks like Bailey likes the new kid," Jenny laughed.
"Ew, Bailey... no falling in love is too cliche," Rihanna said with a chuckle.
"No it's not," I argued.
"This isn't Disney, it's real life," Rihanna reminded.
"I know," I rolled my eyes and got out of the car. I walked away from my annoying sisters and right to Simon.
"Hi, I'm Bailey," I said holding my hand out.
"I'm Simon," he answered shaking my hand his hands were warm and sweaty which was kinda disturbing but I shook it off.
"I wanted to know..." before I could finish he walked away. Maybe be attractive doesn't mean being nice. I looked down and sighed.
The bell rang and I rushed to class. Another day of school. The heat from the April sun beat down in me. I remembered my song I had practiced. "Titanium"
I was interrupted by some blonde haired girl knocking into me and then clearing her throat like Umbridge from Harry Potter.
"Hey Bailey, are you joined cheerleading?" The girl asked. It was Cassie the popular girl. She got what she wanted and sadly she was in my class.
"No, I don't dance," I sighed. Cheerleading just seemed too much time. I had my singing career to focus on. My bratty sisters are always battling me to be the best singer.
"Too bad, you are kinda pretty. Do you really want to waste it all on dorky things?" Cassie asked.
"I've got to go to class," I said rushing past her. I'm not a dork.
"Shoot me down, but I won't fall
I am titanium
Shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
Cut me down
But it's you who have further to fall"I thought. This song would blow my sister's minds. And maybe even Dad would listen. He is stuck in his own world, being an actor and all. But him being not as famous has got to his mind.
He got old, and people stopped liking him.
