Klaus's P.O.V.

It's been two days since I've heard her voice I haven't left, I haven't fed, and I haven't slept. My family has come and gone and her friends and family have come and gone the machine still helping her breath.

"Klaus?" A voice I've longed to hear so much. "Alyson?" I question. "Wh-wh-where are th-the oth-othe-others?" She stutters she can barely speak. "Do you want me to go get them?" I ask. "Y-yes." She gets out. I walk out of her room Rebekah and Elijah already here and her siblings. "She's awake." I announce and they all sigh in relief. "You can all come in and see her." I add. They all follow me to the room and begin to pile in. "They all wanted to see you pretty badly." I tell Alyson going to sit by her side again. "H-hi." She breathes out. Her sister goes to hug her and she whispers in her ear. With tears in her eyes Elena pulls away and takes out her phone and walks out of the room. "B-b-bekah." She stutters out and moves weakly to face her. "I'm heree Alyson. I'm here." She assures her. "I n-need to t-tell  y-y-y-you some-th-thing." She says hurriedly. "Take your time love." I tell her rubbing my thumb over her knuckles. When Rebekah lifts her head from Alyson's ear she's nodding her head with tears in her eyes. "C-c-can I sp-sp-speak with Eli-Eli-Elijah alone plea-se?" She asks. "Of course." I answer letting her hand go. The rest of use file out.

Elijah's P.O.V.

"What did you need to talk to me about?" I ask Alyson. "I'm not going to last long Elijah." She states talking more clearly. "What are you saying Alyson?" I ask fearing the worst of my friend. "I'm dying Elijah I can feel it so that's why I'm going to need you to take care of Rebekah and Klaus for me. Make sure Klaus feeds and that Rebekah doesn't close herself off. But also I want you to take off time for yourself promise me Elijah promise me." She pleads. "I promise you have my word." I assure her. "Can you go get Jeremy please?" She asks. "Yes of course." I answer her walking out of the room with a solemn look on my face. "Jeremy she's asking for you." I inform him. He gets up just as I sit down.

Jeremy's P.O.V.

When I walk back into Alyson's room she's staring at the ceiling. I walk over to her side and she tilts her head to look at me. "My little brother." She mumbles weakly lifting her hand to my cheek. "I'm going to need you to be strong and watch out for Elena. But also I want you to know it's okay to feel sad it's okay to need someone to lean on." She says. "Y-you're d-dying aren't you?" I ask quickly losing my resolve and she shake her head. "When you walk back out there tell Rebekah to come in please." She tells me. "I will." I promise hugging her. I wipe away my tears and take a deep breath  before opening the door and walk to the waiting room. "Rebekah she wants to talk to you." I inform her sitting down.

Rebekah's P.O.V.

"Rebekah I-" But I cut Alyson off. "No you don't get to say goodbye! Don't you dare say it!" I yell at her. "Okay I won't say it but I want you to know being you're best friend has been an honor. I found another sister and I want you to love with all your heart but make sure you're giving it to the right person." She tells me. "I know I didn't say anything but I'm sorry I broke the promise." She adds. "If the others are here send in Caroline and Bonnie please." She instructs. I wipe my tears and walk out of her room. As if on cue Bonnie and Caroline are sitting with Elena eyes rimmed with red. "She wants to talk to the both of you." They both nod thier heads and get up.

Bonnie's P.O.V.

"I don't think I can do this." Caroline says. "Come one Caroline the least we can do is talk to her before she goes. You'll regret it if you don't." I point out. "Do you think Klaus knows she's dying?" She asks. "If he doesn't he will soon." I say opening the door. "Hey." We both greet. "How are you feeling?" Caroline asks. "Caroline." I warn. "No it's okay Bonnie. I feel I don't know I just feel empty I guess. But I want you both to know I meant every word I said that night I still do. You both are amazing and one day you both will find someone who thinks you of as goddess. Someone who will worship the ground you walk on. I want you both to know before I leave that you both will conquer the world I can just feel it." I wipe my tears with the back of my hand and Caroline is trying not to cry. "This is so unfair." I say. "Life isn't fair." She retorts. "Can you guys go get Damon?" She asks us. We both nod our heads and head out. Damon is leaning on the wall with his arms crossed. "She wants to talk to you." Caroline tells him. He unfolds himself and walka to her room.
