Rosie's P.O.V.

"Roooooseeeeeh!" I heard Serin call from downstairs.

Please shut up.

"WAKE UP ROSIE."

I know I'm dreaming...

Don't go yet...

Please...

I need you... I ---

"Rosie!" I was awoken by Serin's fucking annoying voice. Everyday, the same question comes out of my mouth as he wakes me up.

As I try sitting up, my back starts to ache from my new bed. It's soft, they said. I knew Holland was better than motherfucking America, but then again New Zealand was way better than any other place. Why do we constantly have to keep moving? Isn't my fucking place of birth good enough for Linda and dad? Then again, Linda isn't a fucking Kiwi so what does she know? Still though, New Zealand was perfect. I mean that was where I met-

Never mind.

"Why can't you just leave me to sleep?" I ask lazily.

"Why can't you stop asking that and get the fuck on with the shit?" would be the obvious answer, as always, but today, it was different. "First day in your new school, babe. Make the best out of it."

I rolled my eyes, then rolled off my bed and started to get ready. I don't get why my parents keep making me transfer schools. I don't mind getting bullied just because I like to cut or try to end my life. It will end well soon enough and just worrying about me dying is useless. They can't prevent my own death. It's my death.

As I prop my very own Rolling Stones tee, a random pair of shorts, my favorite sweater and a random pair of vans, I make my way downstairs. Yes, I don't really take morning showers. I mean it's cold and I usually just shower up in gym so what's the point?

"Good morning, Rosie." my step-mother sings.

"Hi Linda." I greet her lazily, as usual.

"Rosie." she says in a strict tone, signing me that I should be polite in answering her greets back.

"Hi mooom." I roll my eyes and take the carton of milk from the fridge and chug it down my system.

"Anyways, Serin is gonna drive you to school today, got it? Manners, Rosie."she tells me. I wipe my mouth from the milk that stained my cheeks when Linda suddenly pulled me in for a hug. "Oh, Rosie," she says. Is she crying? "I can't believe you're in college! Plus, you're staying in a dorm far away from us." she pulled away from the hug to meet my eyes, her hands on my shoulders.

"Li-mom, the school isn't that far away. It's only like a 6 hour drive," I say sarcastically. "Besides, I'll always come back at least twice a month to get my laundry and stuff."

She sniffles. "Oh, Rosie!" she hugs me so tight that I could barely breathe. I try gasping for air, but I didn't have that much luck. Who knew skinny bitches hug that fucking tight?

"Mom - Let - go -" I manage to say as I get strangled. She finally lets go, but as she does, her thorny-ish brunette hair hit my cheek a little as she turned away, back to making my dad's sandwich. Holy shit since when did dad eat sandwiches in work? Especially made by Linda. Eww.

"Heeeey, what's happening?" dad said, coming down the stairs, footsteps so loud that it just makes you deaf, I guess. "Oh, Rosie," he said as he turned to face me once he arrived in the vicinity of our rather tiny kitchen. It was tinier that the last kitchen that we had back in Holland. "I can't believe it," he sighed. "You're entering college and moving out, just like Serin had." he sighed. He put his lips together and managed a small smile. He then opened his arms wide, signalling for me to hug him.
