The Girl

.Nope It's Not Broken.

*Jayden POV*

"NO! Lexie? Lexie?" I check for a pulse. There isn't one. I start crying and try to get her in the car and then I head for the hospital.

"We are going to have to get some x-rays to see if her neck is broken." The doctor informs me. I cry harder and grab her hand and kiss it and say

"It's going to be okay." Then they pull her away from me and through the door.

"NO! Come back!" I scream but they shut the door and locked the door.

AFTER X-RAYS....

"So is it broken?" I ask. *Sniffle* 

"No it isn't, she will have to stay over night and we are going to have to put her in a neck cast and then tomorrow  you can come and pick her up." The doctor says.

"Wait, can I sleep over here next to her? Please? It would mean a lot." I ask/plead.

"Sure if your okay with sleeping in a chair next to her in her room." The doctor says. Nodding.

"YES! That would be amazing! Thank you so much!" I say.

MORNING...

"What- wha happened?" Lexie says as she wakes up.

" LEXIE!" I say loudly. She tries to sit up but winces.

" Don't try to get up, it will hurt your neck." I say helping her sit back down.

" What happened?" She repeats. 

"You fell when we were running and you injured your neck." I explained.

"Ow. Thats-ow why my ow neck hurts ow." She says and grabs her neck.

"You probably should stop talking because it isn't good for your neck at the moment." I say sadly because I don't want to not hear her voice.

"Yeah. Okay, Love you." She wispers before falling asleep.

"Love you to Lexie" I say kissing her on the cheek.
