"How are you feeling? Do you think you're up to go out?"

Kylie ignored Vic as she continued to scroll through her iPhone. She was way too focused on her mission: operation stalk Tyga and find out who his new girlfriend is.

She'd gone through his IG, his fan pages, his friend's pages, his follow list, his twitter, his recent candids, searched his name on Twitter, and watched all of his snapchats but so far she'd come up with absolutely nothing. Nada. Zilch. Nil. And it was driving her insane.

She stalked pretty much every female Tyga followed, but they also weren't giving her any concrete results. And it was getting irritating.

"Ky, did you hear me?" Victoria asked. She turned over to see her friend glued to her cell phone. "Kylie!"

"What?"

"What's going on with you today?"

Kylie locked her phone. "Nothing."

"You're lying to me."

"It's nothing!" Kylie said. "I'm fine. Now, what were you saying?"

"Do you think you're feeling well enough to go out today?" Victoria asked. It had been four days since Kylie's falling out at the airport and she had barely left her bedroom. She didn't want Kylie into a slump. "Why don't we go get some fresh air?"

"And do what? I don't feel like being around people today."

"Get dressed, because we're gonna go take the dogs for a walk."

"All of them?"

"Yup, all six of them. And tell Jordyn to get up because she's coming with us."

.

15 minutes later, the three friends were walking on the trail in the quiet neighborhood, while the dogs led the way.

Kylie had to admit, Vic was right. It did feel nice to go outside and get some fresh air. She needed it.

"I have a Kylie Cosmetics meeting tomorrow morning and I feel...I don't know, anxious." Kylie said.

"Anxious about what?" Jordyn asked.

"I don't know, I haven't been to a meeting in forever. I feel so far removed and lost in my own freaking company."

The giant elephant in the room was glaring, but no one dared state the obvious: Kylie removed herself from the world and had been hiding under Travis for the past four months. Now that that bubble has been burst, she has to come out and actually face the world again.

"I honestly think you'll be great." Vic said with enthusiasm. "You love what you do, you'll get right back into the swing of things."

"That sounds nice, but I hope it actually pans out like that. You never know. I hope our productivity levels and sales numbers are still the same. I haven't gone to the factory to see the workers, I haven't gone to meetings, I haven't been posting about it on social media, nothing."

"Stop stressing about it." Jordyn said, shrugging. "You're going to drive yourself insane."

"You guys know I'm neurotic. It's all easier said than done."

"Okay, let's not talk about work anymore!" Victoria reached into her sweatshirt pocket and pulled out her cell phone. "Let's listen to some music. Maybe that'll make us actually want to take this walk."

"Great. Put it on shuffle."

Vic opened her Spotify app, chose a random playlist, and hit shuffle. It took a minute for the song to start, but then the slow and sultry sound of a guitar filled the air around them, followed by Kirko Bangz's voice. Kylie knew the song before it even started. Girls and Guitars. Kylie stopped dead in her tracks, despite the dogs pulling at their leashes.
