Taehyung's POV

I saw Lisa looking out on the window and enjoying the view she is seeing. I was happy to see her smile once again. I then realized that I missed my childhood friend and came back to reality when she turned around and stared at me confusingly, "What?"

I turned away from her, making her sighed harshly, "How's life going? Is your relationship going pretty well with Yoojung?"

"Oh, good so far. She's now obsessed with me."

"And you don't like that? You're lucky one to have her then."

"Aha, that's true."

"Did you know that I had beef with her last night?"

"Yeah. She told me about it last night."

"Is that what you want to talk about?"

"No. I understand what's right and wrong so I have no right to fix it."

"I guess you've matured a bit."

"Yah, read the mood."

We both chuckled in happily as we arrived safely at the destination.

"What? Are you secretly taking a picture of me?"

I smiled cheekily for getting caught easily while Lisa does the same thing, "I just want to appreciate this moment."

"You misses me, right?"

"Yeah, I did." I rolled my eyes on her, gaining her little cute laugh. In the corner of my eyes, I saw a cameraman taking a picture of us secretly.

"Hey Taehyung? Can I ask you something?" I nodded my head.

Lisa turned around facing the sunset as she smiled to its view, "What would you do if I have confessed my feelings to you in the past?" 

I was flustered, "W-What?"

"What would you do if I liked you? Not as a childhood friend, but as a man."

"Hey, don't joke around."

"Why would you think that?"

"Because we're childhood friend and we joke around."

"Well, I no longer am the same person you used to know."

"I'd reject you, obviously."

Lisa chuckled in relief, knowing he'd say that, "As usual, you still choose Yoojung over me."

I didn't know how to response, not expecting for it. Lisa got her chance to hug me when I walked towards her for comfort, "Lisa? What are you doing?"

She wrapped her arms around my neck as if she was hiding me from someone. I tried to push her away, making Lisa whispered to my sensitive ears, "Don't move. There's someone taking a picture of us. We don't want to get any scandals, do you?"

Taehyung gasped shockingly, "What?!"

Lisa hushed him to be quiet, "Can't you just stay still?"

I stayed still until the paparazzi was out of our sight, making Lisa pulled away from me. I was in confusion as I curiously asked her, "Why did you do that? You got yourself in trouble instead."

"Excuse me? I did it to protect your image."

"Still, your image will be ruined."

"It's not like it's the first time that happened."

I furrowed my eyebrows confusedly.

"I didn't want any scandals between us because your fans or Sehun's fans will give criticisms to either of us. If I had to choose, I would protect you just like you did before."

I sighed harshly in completely defeat and smiled at her. 

I took her back to home safely and went to the dorm. I was surprised to see Yoojung and the member waiting for me outside, "Were you guys seriously waiting for me?"

"Were you serious of taking her to the beach?"

I was confused at the moment, "Why?"

I then took out of my phone immediately to look at the new, making me devastated as I never thought It'd be this serious.

There are so many criticisms towards Lisa.

Before I could go back, Yoojung warned me, making me feel even more guilty, "If you go after her now, things will be harder between us."

I turned around, knowing she's extremely hurt.

"Are you really going to see her?"

"Babe, I shall go and see for myself if she's okay."

"What about me? Have you forgotten that today's our 4th anniversary?"

I closed my eyes in full of guiltiness for forgetting our anniversary. I felt ashamed.

Fuck. Why did I forget such an important date? 

I just looked away from her because I have no rights to argue with her in this situation. 

"This is the last chance. Are you going to see her or not?" 

Jungkook and the members gasped shockingly at her sudden question.

It isn't that I don't like Yoojung anymore. I'd choose her because I love her but, at the same time, I want to choose Lisa because I want to support her as her only closest friend.

I smiled weakly, "Don't you trust me?"

Namjoon furrowed his eyebrows instantly, "Yah Taehyung ah, what are you doing?"

Jimin smiled weakly as he shook his head, "Taehyung ah, think wisely before you answer." 

"I'm not talking to you guys."

Yoojung remembered what I told her three years ago and clenched her fist, "What if I said otherwise? What are you going to do?"

"Then, there's no point of us being couple anymore."

She widened her eyes shockingly, "W-What?"

"Didn't I tell you this three years ago? No matter what happen between us, don't lose your trust in me. I'm afraid that you will because I'm very fond with Lisa."

Jungkook chuckled in disbelief, "Yah, Taehyung-"

I was disappointed at Yoojung, "I'm leaving." 

BTS members and Yoojung had their eyes shook since they didn't expect him to choose Lisa over her. Yoojung could only gasped in shock and calmed herself down, not wanting her tears to come out.

I was hurt deep inside that she lost her faith in me. That's when I have let out of my tears.

Is this the end between us?
