My Shadow (Robin x Kid Flash)

Chapter 7

Dick's P.O.V.

After I told Wally what happened, Bruce came in through the door without knocking and waiting at all.

Which was ironic because he was just criticizing Wally for doing so earlier.

"Heeeeeey Bruce. What happened to what you said earlier? Knocking? Waiting? Did you already give up?" I said as nonchalantly as possible.

"Dick." Bruce said in his Batman tone.

"Yeah?" I said with a sly grin for no apparent reason.

"I over heard what you said." He said.

"And?" I replied cooly.

He glared at me.

"Dick..... If this is true, then you have two people in one body. That's why one of your eyes are green. And that means that the person that is sharing the body with you.... He works with Deathstroke- Cadmus, doesn't he?"

My eyes started spinning.

I groaned and clutched my head.

"Hey, you okay?" Wally asked me as he held my hand.

All of a sudden I shouted, "Don't TOUCH me!"

I stood up from the bed and backed up to the wall.

I saw two people standing there.

Wally looked split between Deathstroke- No... Slade and him.

Bruce looked split between Tony Zucco and himself.

I started throwing up on the floor.

Bruce got up and as he did, my solid form started to change slowly.

My skin and body was turning into a black smoke....

No....

I was melting into the shadows!

Bruce stopped where he was.

Eventually, I completely phased into a shadow.

I cackled for no good reason and in a more child like voice, I said, "Find me if you caaan!~"

I said it in a sing song voice.

"And if you don't~......" I continued.

I broke the windows.

I cackled again as I morphed back into my human form and stood at the edge of building.

I was right on the edge, and the slightest of movements could strike me off balance.

Wally stood up and ran towards me when Bruce shouted, "Stop!"

"Yes.... Stop. And if you don't, you'll knock both of us off." I said as my mouth slowly turned into a grin.

That's when I felt an unbearable pain.

I clutched my head in agony.

I lost my balance and started falling.

But instead of panicking like Wally and Bruce were, I looked more irritated than scared.

And looked like I was in pain.

Which was true.

I let out a scream that sounded like two people screaming at once.

That's when I phased back to black smoke and landed safely on the ground.

I sensed someone behind me.

I morphed into my human form and looked behind me.

It was Slade.
