{Chapter 6}

"There's been a change of plans," I said to the crowd

-Mia's p.o.v-

          I was gonna sing my own song and compete with Giovanni if I win he's leaves me alone. If he wins, I'm his girlfriend, in my opinion...his personal slave.

"I'll make a deal with you," I started to say

"I'm listening,"

"Its a competition between you and me. If I win, you leave me and Ryan alone forever. But if you win...I be your girlfriend,"

   There were gasps from the students, Ryan, and my friends.

"Mia! Are you crazy!"

"Yes I am," I responded

"I except your deal," Giovanni said holding out his hand

   I went to shake it but was stopped.

"Mia I won't let you do this!" Ryan said

"Why not?"

"Because...b-because, I-I,"

"Because what!"

"I like you Mia,"

What?

"More than a friend,"

He likes me too!

"I like you too Ryan. I always have, I was just afraid if you'll reject me and break my heart. I don't wanna lose our friendship like I lost my friendship with Giovanni,"

"I would never do anything like that to you," Ryan said walked up to me taking my arms in his. I rested them on his chest. "Because you are a beautiful, talented, smart, fought, sweet, cute, and kind girl that deserves the best

I was moved by Ryan's words of describing me. He's different and now, I can be called his and I can call Ryan mine. I moved closer to him, I wanted to kiss him.

"NO!"

Giovanni pushed him away from me and he grabbed my hips. I struggled away from him.

"Leave her alone!" Ryan yelled

Out of nowhere Giovanni's friends restrained Ryan.

"Let him go!" I yelled

"Do we have a deal?" Giovanni asked

   I looked at my friends, they shook their heads. I looked at Ryan, he shook his head. I finally looked at his brother and friends, Mark was very worried about Ryan and so were his friends...I have to help Ryan.

I have no choice...

"Deal!"

   We shook hands.

"Now let me show what I got,"

"I don't care what you got! I care when you will get out of my life," I yelled at him

"It's one little mistake," he argued

"Little? You got a lot of nerve coming here and threatening me with Ryan!"

   I started singing.

Just ignore the males voice, please.

"Come on Mia listen to me,"

"Why should I, when you don't listen to me?!"

   He started walking backwards, away from me off of the stage then towards the door.

He couldn't open the door. I was very close to him, his back was on the door.

"What are you trying to say?"

Well now it's time to say goodbye...

I opened the door for him and he fell down, I quickly closed the door. His shirt was caught in the crack.

"Bye-bye!" I said

          I looked at Giovanni's friends who were still restraining Ryan.

"Are you guys next?"

   They let go of Ryan and ran away. I ran to him and hugged him.

"Are you okay?" He asked me

"Yes I'm fine, now that you're mine," I responded

He smiled at me.

"Does that sound weird?"

"No it's cute," Ryan said

I blushed.

"So, do you like Froyo?"

"Yeah,"

"I'll take you to get Froyo tomorrow,"

"Is it going to be a date?"

"Um, yeah?"

"I can't wait!"

"Wait!"

It was Nia.

"What is it now!" I said getting annoyed by people trying to stop or separate me and Ryan

"I need to tell Ryan something," she said
turning to him, "Take care of her. If you break her heart I break you, got that!"

"Yes ma'am,"

"Thanks Nia, but please don't scare him,"

"I'm not scared,"

"Sure?" Samantha said

I hugged Ryan again. One of my eyes turned pink the other was rainbow colors. I was both in love and happy.

Now, I won't be alone. And I will have someone to protect and someone that won't break my heart.
