Part 14- You’ve Got That One Thing

Grace’s POV

We had all woke up to giggling downstairs, well Niall woke up to the smell of pancakes, but still. So we headed downstairs to a sight we were not expecting! Harry and Lily were about to kiss! I started to get all the boys to move away and leave them to it until Louis coughed making them separate.

They both just stood there awkwardly looking at us. We all gave them a little smile and started to walk off slowly

‘Don’t leave, if I can’t do this in front of my closest friends, I can’t do this in front of anyone’ Harry said sweetly turning to face Lily taking her hands in his.

‘Lily Wild, I may have only known you for a couple of days, but it seems like we have been best friends forever! I like you, more than a friend. In fact I think I love you Lily. Will you be my girlfriend?’ He sounded nervous bless him

She looked shocked, but she had a massive smile across her face. Tears started to form in her eyes. She nodded and he kissed her like there was no one watching.

‘Awwwwww’ was all I could say, they looked adorable together!

The boys were all congratulating them, so I joined in. I first walked over to Harry.

‘Aww Haz! Who would know you would be so sweet?’ He laughed, I joined in

‘But seriously, she really likes you, don’t hurt her’ I smiled walking off to talk to Lily. I didn’t want Lily to get hurt. I know what Harry could be like.

‘Lily! Bless! Your officially going out with Harry Styles!’ I screamed, fangirling a little.

She laughed ‘I know, it’s a shock; I still can’t really believe it!’

Louis POV

Harry got the courage to ask Lily out, now I have to find the courage to ask Grace out. I really like her, but I can’t help but think she doesn’t like me as more than a friend. This is the thing I hate about relationships like this. You never know if it’s just friendship or more.

‘Hey you okay?’ Liam asked me as I wasn’t stood talking with the rest of the gang, now including Gemma, Charlie and Tom.

‘Yeah, fine mate. Just thinking, you know? Now Harry asked Lily out, I’m the only single one. I really like Grace, but I don’t think she likes me as more than a friend’ I confessed to Liam. He really was like my older brother, even though I’m older than him.

‘Don’t worry Lou, it’s clear that she likes you. How you can’t see it I don’t know! Just ask her when you feel the times right. Don’t rush into anything or that’s when it will end in tears’ Liam is always the best to ask for advice. He seems to know everything. I will never know why I became so lucky.
