CHAPTER 22.

It's been a month since we started promoting our comeback. Seventeen also started promoting their music last week, we are one week ahead. About last time, Seventeen went to LA to prepare for their comeback. They've been too busy, we seldom have conversations. We talk once a week and it's really not that right. I miss him, I hope Hoshi too.

Me and my co-members are already preparing for our performance in a music show, Hoshi's group will also be performing tonight. Twice and Seventeen are nominated for tonight and we'll have an interview before our performance.

Ahh..for sure, he's there.

"Momo, let's go. They are waiting in the interview area." Jihyo said, I just nodded and fixed myself.

While heading to the room, Sana walked beside me and patted my shoulder.

"Hoshi oppa is there!" Sana exclaimed and giggled.

"Yeah, I know." I answered calmly.

When we reached the area, Seventeen is already inside. We bowed to each other, I faced Hoshi and bowed at him. I saw how his expression changed when he noticed I just bowed at him.

I stood between Sana and Jihyo. An Jungyeon is standing beside Hoshi. How I wish I was that person standing next to him. The MCs arrived and we started the interview.

"Say the name! SEVENTEEN! Annyeonghaseyo, Seventeen imnida!" The whole group greeted.

"One in a million! Annyeonghaseyo, Twice imnida!" We greeted but Sana and I bumped to each other. Ahh jinjja, I'm not paying attention.

The interview went well but Jungyeon forgot her lines. Before we left the room, Hoshi held my hand and looked at me with a serious look.

"Momo, let's talk."

"H-hoshi, not here."

"Aigoo, Momo noona, it's okay. Go talk to hyung, he missed you so much." Dino blurted out.

"Eonnie, he's right. It's fine, talk to oppa." Jihyo said and went out of the room together with the others.

Just as they left the room, Hoshi pulled me into a hug.

"Why didn't you stand beside me?" Hoshi murmured like a kid.

He's acting childish again.

"S-sorry. I don't know." I answered shyly.

He moved away from the hug and looked at me.

"I missed you so much Hirai." He stated and kissed my forehead afterwards.

"I missed you too. I don't know why you're not messaging me these past weeks. I know you're busy but you really don't have time for me? I am your girlfriend. But I know you're an idol. You have your career! But I miss you so much, you should know that..." I ranted at him "Hoshi, I miss you. When are we going to have a time together? Every time we're in one show. You don't talk to me that much? Are you waiting for me to app---"

I was cut off when he gave me a peck on my lips.

I hit his chest when he started laughing.

"Why did you do that?! We're in public!" I shouted. Aisshh

He just chuckled and kissed my forehead. "Sorry, you're too cute when you're mad. I can't help it."

I pouted and looked down.

"Let's go, they might be waiting for you and for me."

I nodded and went out of the room with him.

The show is almost ending.

Seventeen was declared to be the rank 1 for the show tonight. I'm really happy for them. It is okay that we ranked 2nd.

They will be having their encore, we just bowed at them but Hoshi pulled me behind the other members and hugged me tight.

"Congratulations!" I greeted him.

He let out a big smile and kissed my forehead. "Thank you. Go home quickly okay? Message me when you get home. I'll call you okay?" He said and rested his chin on my head.

"Ya—fine fine I'll call you. I have to go." I said and hit his chest.

He let go of me and kissed my forehead once again before he joined his members..
