Nayeon x Seungcheol

I wonder where the hell is Seungcheol. He promised to end their schedule early so we could have a time together. He's an hour late.

I'm not that patient. I kept still at the bench and kept looking at my watch. Calm down Nayeon.. just wait for him, just a little more.

I cheered myself and looked around. I held my gift tightly for him, I hope he'll like my gift. But I'm not liking his attendance tonight. He's late! Choi Seungcheol is late.

Half an hour already passed, okay. That's it.

I give up.

Standing up, I grabbed my bag and supposed-to-be gift for Seungcheol, but I'm done waiting for him. I looked around once again and started walking to the park's exit.

This was the only date we have time for each other. We've been busy with our own schedules and it's really hard that we can't even talk thru phone or personally.

And he wasted our only available schedule for each other.

I haven't noticed my tears started  streaming down. Wiping it off, I called for my manager to pick me up at the exit.

"Nayeon!" I heard someone call from afar.

That's his voice, the guy i'm waiting for.

I decided to ignore his call and pretend I did not hear him. I can hear Seungcheol calling my name repeatedly.

"Nayeon" Seungcheol called and grabbed my arm. "Haven't you heard me?"

Looking at him, my brows furrowed with how he look, he doesn't look ready. Seungcheol was just wearing a typical shirt and shorts.

Don't tell me..

"You forgot..." I mumbled and looked at his eyes. Now it was his time for his brows to furrow and look confused.

"Forgot what? I was about to ask you what you're actually doing here? My members and I were going to the convenience store when I saw you here." He explained.

I stared at him surprised, so that's it. He forgot we have a date. He forgot about spending time with me..

Pulling my arm away from his grip, I faked a smile and took a step backward "Well, I was just waiting for someone, but I guess he forgot we have to go somewhere. I'm just waiting for my manager and we're off"

"Who was that 'he'?"

How could you be so stupid Choi Seungcheol! That's you! Are you that busy you forgot our day together.

I looked at him and tears started forming on my eyes "He's a guy I'm supposed to be spending my anniversary with, but it turned out he forgot and went out with his members instead." I whispered and turned around but before I turned my back. I saw how surprised Seungcheol was. I hope he remembered now.

"Nayeon.."

I didn't waste time looking at him, I kept looking around to look for my manager.

"I'm sorry. I was just to---"

"It's okay Seungcheol. It's not a big deal. It was just our anniversary. Not a special thing to waste your time for." I chuckled and wiped my tears.

Finally, getting a sight of the car. I started walking, leaving Seungcheol in his place.

"Nayeon. I'm sorry please." He said and held my hand, but quickly, I pulled it away.

"Seungcheol, no. This was supposed to be our time together. How could you even forget?"

"We were just bu---"

"Bullshit! Busy!? We're way busier Seungcheol but I was able to have time for you. Because I love you, and I've been waiting for this day because it's our anniversary! How could you" I retorted and left him standing there.

I rode the van and my manager started driving away from the park.

"Nayeon, stop crying.. Maybe he was just really busy." Jungyeon tried comforting me, but no. I can't help it.

"Eonnie, you still have a lot of anniversaries to celebrate, don't cry jebal." It was Dahyun..

"Aissh, I'll kill Seungcheol oppa. He hurt my eonnie." Sana squealed and hit Momo with a pillow.

"Ouch! Why did you hit me!?" Momo screamed, she grabbed a pillow and threw it back to Sana "I'm not Seungcheol you punk!"

"Guys, stop it." Jihyo said and looked at me "Eonnie, you should listen to his explanation first right. Maybe he has a reaso--"

"And his reason was because he forgot!" I answered and wiped my tears "He forgot we have a date, he forgot we have something to celebrate today."

"He did not, now." Tzuyu said looking outside.

"What do you mean?" Chaeyoung asked and took a peak outside just like Tzuyu. She yelped and looked at me.

"Oppa's outside" She mouthed and ran to the door. Mina soon gestured me to go outside and approach Seungcheol. I thought I'm going to hear a song..

But no. When I walked outside, Seungcheol was there, holding a bouquet of roses, a big bunny balloon and a 'SORRY' sign where the letters were made of chocolates. It's so cute.

"Nayeon, sorry for forgetting our date. I know I made you cry, and I'm so sorry, I feel bad because I made my queen cry. I promise to make it up on you. I love you Nayeon. Please forgive me. Happy anniversary. I know soon, we will celebrate more anniversaries and I promise to spend it with you the whole time." He stated and smiled.

Smiling back, I ran towards Seungcheol and hugged him tight, making the roses fall on the ground. "I love you. I love you." I whispered
