"Come on Georgie!" Cole, your boyfriend, yelled at you encouragingly from next to you on the bridge.

You heard right, on the bridge. For you 17th birthday your amazing, sweet, perfect boyfriend got you a ticket to go bungee jumping. BUNGEE JUMPING! He bought it to "conquer your fear of heights" which was a fear definitely not to be reckoned with.

"Nope! I am not jumping!" You yelled back for the hundredth time, and by now the instructor was getting impatient. "You can get a refund at the ticket desk if you don't want to jump" the instructor commanded rather than suggested. "No, she'll jump." Cole said and turned back to you "Please just jump, it'll be over before you know it" His puppy eyes almost made you jump. Looking over the edge made you feel queasy. "I know! Just, what if the wire snaps? What if I slip you of the harness? What if I die?!" You screamed the last part. Cole thought for a moment, not at all taken aback, before whuspering something to the instructor. Before you knew it Cole was being equipped with the same things as you.

"What no?!" By now your throat was sore from talking so loudly. "We'll rescue each other if the other slips out or something" Cole said with a matter of fact tone. He wrapped his arms around you and you edged closer to the edge. It wasn't long before you were gripping on Cole like your life depended on it. The wind was blowing through your hair. after getting accustomed to the... Let's say situation, you felt the abrupt jerk pulling you half way up the way you came. When the bouncing stopped and you finally looked up, or down since you were upside down, sprays of water from the river hit your face and Cole was looking at you in pure adoration. "Cole, I love you so freaking much!" You whispered loudly "I love you too Georgie" he whispered back. "But I hate you for making me do this" You said more loudly
"You're scared of heights?. I'm pretty sure I have a newly found fear of heights" Cole replied. You chuckled "really Cole?" Laughing more. "Time to go back to safety? Yay!" Cole said sounding grateful.
