"No, I want it over there!"

"I think it looks better here."

"Well I think it will looks better over there." I put my hands on my hips and shifted my weight to my left leg, taking on a sassier persona to win this.

"Well I disagree."

"Clearly. If you'd just agree, we'd be done with it by now."

"Just admit that I'm right."

"Then we'd both be wrong." He was standing right infront of me now. His bright blue eyes glared down on me and his dark brown hair was almost in his eyes. I lightly pushed him away, making the mistake of touching his chiseled chest. Wowzah! Ugh, whatever.

"Is there a problem?" the history teacher, Mr. Harlem came up beside us.

"Not at all! Noah was just agreeing that the picture looks better above the text box." I say coyly, smiling at the balding teacher. Noah and I fight all the time, why do teachers still assign us to projects together? Probably because it always comes out amazing, despite lost time arguing.

"Great! I would have to agree as well Ms. Davis. Mr. Harris, keep up the good work!" He says, smiling and walking away.

"You would." Noah says, his voice low.

"Guess so 'cause i just did. Looks like we have to leave it there too." I say triumphantly, turning back to the computer. He shook his head and walked across the room to get his stuff since the bell was about to ring. I closed my laptop and slid it into my messenger bag, along with several folders and some notebooks to slip out the door right in front of him.

"You won't win every time Bentley." Noah whispered into my ear as i turned the corner, looking into his eyes as i turned my head to see him, despite me knowing his voice. He wasn't there. Ha, probably doesn't want to be seen talking to me. I silently walked to my locker and then to my next class. Thank goodness my friend Arri is in this class. I sat in my normal back seat next to her just as Noah walked into the classroom. He looked around the room, he smirked when his eyes landed on me. He sat on my other side. I turned toward Arri.

"Do you have practice today?" I ask, tucking my very dark brown hair behind my ear.

"Nope, you wanna do something? Maybe go for a run in the park?" Arri says, flipping her bright red hair over her shoulder, eyeing Noah. She's always thought he's the most gorgeous guy in school... Who am i to argue? Wait. I did not just say that.

"Yeah, sounds great." Noah says from my other side, his hands behind his head and his smirk plastered on his face along with a flirty glint in his eyes.

"You," I say, glaring at him and his defined biceps," are not invited."

"I never said i was." he counters.

"You can come if you want, Noah." Arri says, running her hand through her hair in an effort to get him to look at her.

"Well it seems that Bentley here doesn't want me there so maybe i should just stay at home and work out shirtless, all by myself..." He says, pretending to yawn in a way that flexed his arms.

"Ignore her, come run with us!" Arri says quickly. I roll my eyes and ignore them for the rest of class.

After school Arri showed up at my locker squealing with excitement.

"Can you believe it Bentley? Can ya? Noah Harris is coming on our run with us!" Arri then proceeded to squeal more. Has she not gotten the memo that Noah and I do not get along?

"No, i can't Arri." I say sarcastically.

"Well believe it Bentley!" She says, not taking into note my sarcasm.

"Why did you invite my nememis on our run? He's half the reason i run!"

"You're getting in shape to impress Him?!"

"Whoa, No! He stresses me out. Teachers always assign us to do group prejects together and we can not agree on anything!" I say, slamming my locker shut and walking toward the student parking lot.

"Oh... Well you have to admit, he is gooorgeous!" She says, looking like she was gonna melt. I didn't say anything.

"So you DO agree!" She says, catching up to me as I walked up to my car.

"Just get in the car Arri." I say, throwing my neon pink backpack into the back of my convertible blue jeep.

"Okay, okay. I won't talk about him anymore."

"Thank y-"

"Until after the run. I wonder if he runs shirtless...."

*facepalm*
