A clearing of throat brought me back to reality
I looked around and saw everyone looking at me
I looked at you and your lips tugged up into a smile
I can't deny, your beauty was worth running a thousand mile
I know I should have started moving
But you kept me still, standing, almost drooling
Looking up at your black masked face
I could feel my heart go fast-paced
With your left hand you grabbed my waist
And with your right hand you touched my face
With my fingertips I caressed your cheek
Then pulled away and rounded you with a smirk
You swiftly followed me with grace
I can't help but feel amazed
You held my hand and twirled me
Pulling me to your chest, you held me
The music was very melodious
Just rhyming with my heartbeat that's so furious
Those eyes that kept blanking my mind
Allowed me to be challenged at the same time
