As soon as I spoke, an influx of people came rushing in.
I turned my head to Kenma,
"This is turning out better than I thought it would?"
He nodded his head and looked back
I thought he ignored my comment but he soon whispered back with the words
"Are you comfortable?"
It made my heart flatter that he was concerned about me again. I smiled and nodded back at him.
"Kenma, L/N, we need your help over here!" Kimiko shouted half way across the room. We ran as fast as we could to her, and she shoved a pen and a notepad into each of our hands.
"I'll need you to take peoples orders, it's getting really busy here and we can't keep up."
"Sure," I said back, "Kenma, you do those tables over there," I pointed to a table on my right, "And I'll do these. Okay?"
"Okay."
I looked at him and was about to walk away, when he grabbed on my sleeve.
"Actually, could you and I talk afterwards?"
I became flustered and nodded my head quickly.

*Kenma POV*
Tap
Tap tap
Okay wtf.
"Kenma."
Scared, I jump around to see Kuroo woth his signature smug face.
"What do you want?"
He laughed for some strange reason and pointed to L/n.
"Don't they look pretty. Like really pretty, if you know what I mean."
If I could slap him, the action would've taken place years ago.
I sighed, a very common thing I did around my childhood friend (sadly).
"Yes, they look alright, but shouldn't you be at your class event?"
"I sneaked out. Didn't exactly want to be a ghost my entire life, rotting away aND HAVING THE CHANCE OF BEING PUNCHEd."
"You deserve it."
Kuro looked hurt and I would be lying if didn't say I laughed a bit.
"Kenma!"
L/n was running to me and bedhair boy. I could feel blood rushing to my cheeks, and the feeling of my stomach doing a flip.
