~September 21, 1958~
At now fifteen years Sean was homeschooled, his siblings hate him-actually they are more scared of him than anything- and his mother and maids are terrified of the boy. He is ignored at dinner and family events, he avoids everyone throughout the day, and during the night...something that isn't him normally takes over, this has been going on since he's been eight. Reading is his escape, under the willow tree behind the house, a new book almost everyday. He knew that Ant wasn't just an imaginary friend, it was part of him, a part of his mind. Sean wasn't quite sure what he, or rather it, was but Ant was his only "friend" and there is no way to get rid of him, so Sean deals with him, despite what he is forced to do.
Ant messes with Sean and takes over his body, making him do evil things. It's not like Sean likes doing the things Ant makes him do but he doesn't have control over his body when he takes over. He's just learned to live with it, knowing that it's not him doing the things, just his body.
"Ant what do you want now?" The boy looks up from his book, his back pressed up against the tree.
"Attention mostly, and I'd like to have a little fun," a voice answers that only the boy can hear.
"Ant no," Sean sighs.
"Oh come on, books are boring," the dark voice laughs.
"How about you fuck off."
"How about no. How about I am you. How about y-"
"No, no you're not. You are a monster," Sean try's to keep his voice down in case anyone is outside.
"I'm no better than you," the creature laughs and floats in front of Sean's face, knowing he's aggravated the boy.
"Will you at least shut the hell up," Sean rolls his eyes. This is one of the many reasons Sean likes it outside, he's alone-mostly- people can't hear Ant so it just looks like the 15 year old is talking to himself. Sean knows he's not though, however the others don't. Ant uses this to his ability, messing with the boy especially at family dinner.
"Why? That's so boring," the deep voice groans.
"I said that's why. So shut up because I'm not going to listen anyway."
"Sean, don't do that," the voice makes him roll his eyes but he goes back to the book anyway. This has become the regular for the two.
