The Night Sky

      I was quietly hopping from branch to branch on the grand trees ever so swiftly, making sure my balance was perfect so that I wouldn't fall. Many Natures have died that way because they were careless, so being cautious was important. The night sky made this so much better than in the day. I felt like... a ninja! Usually every Nature is in bed by 9 PM, but I wanted to try something. I've been here for 15 years seeing the same old thing, plants, trees, and green. Too much green. So I decided today that I would leave this place for awhile, such as go to the water lands. We're more powerful than them anyways so it'd be best to see them than anyone else.

    Thankfully  I, the great Venus (he is a boy) gathered materials from my house before I was going to set off. I grabbed a vine and started swinging, I kept switching to other vines and stepping off branches to get a good lift. After about 30 minutes later I saw the end of our land.   Dammit, I forgot about the Guardians. The Guardians are like us except more strong and bloodthirsty. They prevent us from leaving unless we had our Prophet give them the thumbs up for us to go. Anyways one of them kicked me straight in the gut, there goes my givern (definition for Givern at the end). One of the Guardians picked me up by my hair and looked at my in the eyes. "What're you doing here, Sousa?" (definition for Sousa at the end), said the Guardian. The air around me went cold, which meant the Air were passing by over us. "I was going to look at the night sky, Pousa.", (definition for Pousa at end)  I said confidently. The Guardian grumbled, "You're supposed to be in bed, what were you really doing?" Shit, I should've known, no Nature comes out at night. "Please, Pousa, I couldn't sleep and the sky was incredibly bright tonight I... just wanted to see the sky truly." The Guardian sighed  and dropped me, my head felt like it was torn off. The Guardian motioned for me to go back home. FUCK! I'm so pissed. I did so much planning for nothing...
