I sat between Dinah's huge suitcases and adjusted my sunglasses with a sigh.

"Babe, we got everything. We even got your pillow. I think we should leave." I spoke while looking around me and glanced back at the door frame where she stood with her phone on one hand and iPad on the other.

"Okay. I think I'm done now. Let's go," She nodded her head and walked towards me, touching my chin and placing a small kiss on my cheek.

"Finally. The car is waiting for us. Poor guy waited half an hour for us." I took one of the small suitcases and left the door open for the guy to take our suitcases and few handbags.

Dinah's handbags. The guy helped us placing our bags into the car and we were finally inside the car after ten minutes.

"I'm so excited for this trip. It's our first one, official one without our friends," I beamed and watched the moving trees from my window.

LA was sunny. Very sunny that even a good quality shades couldn't block the sun.

Spain was the first country we were going to visit.

It was Dinah's second visit to Spain while it was my first one.

After what seemed like forever, we finally arrived at the Madrid Airport and checked in.

Pushing through bodies in our way to the plane was terrible. There were lots of paps and teenagers (even adults) with their huge iPhones on our faces, trying to get a photo.

After a long -I mean long- flight, we were out of the plane and the airport, on our way to our hotel where we were going to crash for a few days.

When we made our way to hotel, the sun was just about to rise and jet lag was showing itself already.

"My head is exploding. I feel like I'm on LSD." Dinah dropped her bag into the floor and fell on the king sized bed.

Magnificent chandeliers were hanging from the cream colored ceiling, one makeup table with embroidered mirror next to it and two glamorous bedside tables placed two sides of the king sized bed where Dinah was now in.

"You should take some painkillers. And probably sleep." I yawned, despite the fact that it was almost seven o'clock in the morning.

"Sleep? No way, Angel. I wanted to see Costa del Sol!" Dinah exclaimed while taking her coat off. I sighed and took mine off, dropping it on the floor and probably leaving it all crinkly there.

"Anything for you." I managed to speak with a raspy voice due to my slightly hurting throat.

Even though I felt like burying myself under the cotton sheets of the bed and sleep for like eighty years, upsetting her was the last thing I wanted.

She smiled in excitement at my response before leaving the bed and wrap her arms around my neck.

"I love you so much," she stared at my lips and pecked them, leaving her lips on mine a little longer and walked towards her huge suitcase.

"I know," I said and sat on the bed, watching her change. After deciding on what to wear, Dinah and I took our bags and left the hotel building, not knowing where to go.

"We should buy a map or something. Or we should've hired someone to take us there Dinah. This is helpless." I took off my sunglasses and sat on the wooden and slightly dirty bench behind me.

"I'll ask the reception, don't panic." I could feel her rolling her eyes behind her square shades and watched her going inside the building again.

I waited for her there, on a dirty bench not giving a shit if my dark washed jeans would get dusty or not. After what it seemed like ten minutes, Dinah returned with a middle-aged man beside her.

"Angel, this is Alfred and he will take us where we want to go since we don't have any clue where to go." Dinah gave me a smile while I shook hands with Alfred and he led us into a white Range Rover with the hotel's name written on its license plate. Dinah placed her purse between us and the man looked at us from the rear view mirror.

"Where to, ma'am?"

"How far is Costa del Sol? We wanted to see it." I asked politely, shifting on my seat.

"Traffic doesn't seem horrible today, I assume we can be there around twelve o'clock or earlier," The man spoke with his broken English and I glanced at my watch.

10:04.

"Alright then, it's not much. Thanks for taking us." I gave him a smile and leaned back.

"You're so polite it makes me love you even more," Dinah whispered, nudging my jean covered leg playfully with her tanned ones.

I laughed at her and took her hand in mine, admiring how perfectly we fit.

When we stopped on a traffic light, I took my eyes off of the view around me and stared at Dinah. She had her legs up on the leather seat and her arms were each side of her, watching the movement outside.

I admired her.

Not only she was so beautiful, she gave me some kind of feelings that I couldn't understand. Watching her made me feel happy, joyful and most importantly, it made me feel like I came home after a long, stressful day and finally found peace.

She was home.

She was my home away from home.

"Creep." Dinah's words made me realize I was staring at her and I gave a shy smile.

"Sorry, I was just thinking."

"What were you thinking?" She asked, this time dropping her legs down and giving her full attention to me.

"I was thinking... How happy I am right now to go on a trip with you. And how lucky I am to have you by my side while visiting a magical country like Spain." I answered, touching her leg and caressing it softly. She looked at me with her brown eyes shining brightly and laced our fingers together.

"I love you, Angel" She whispered, not even uncomfortable that there was a stranger driving us in the front seat.

I smiled. "I love you more, DJ."

Finally at around one o'clock, we managed to arrive at the Costa del Sol and Alfred, the driver insisted on waiting for us in the car despite my insisting that he should wander around as well.

By the time we left the car, I put my sunglasses back on and looked around me. Countless people wandering around, kids with colorful clothes and many people trying to get what they want; some fun.

"Woah." I gasped, turning around myself.

"Breathtaking," Dinah said, moving closer to me and adjusting her bag on her shoulder. We moved around, bought cotton candy and I nearly fell into a puddle but Dinah managed to keep me happy and smile.

"This is amazing. I feel so happy, all thanks to you," I said, touching Dinah's leg where she sat beside me on an old bench. She smiled, taking a glimpse of the crowd and lacing our fingers together.

"Thank you. For always being next to me and sharing memories with me. This one is going to be the favorite one of mine. With you, our first trip and- oh God, is that a monkey?" She turned her head swiftly into the opposite direction of me.

"Shut up, fuck the monkey and let's kiss," Without looking around if there were people watching, I placed my hands on the each side of her and pressed my lips on hers.

I kissed her slowly, feeling the familiar feeling kicking its way into my body. I pulled away, admiring her effortlessly beautiful self and I saw a smile creeping through her rosy lips.

"I don't even care if anyone took pictures of us," I said, feeling her shifting nervously in her seat.

"Can you give me a piggyback? Please?"

I couldn't help but laugh at her innocent yet cute question.

"Anything for you." Damn, I was hopelessly and foolishly in love with this girl and I didn't give a shit about it.

Not even a little bit.
