Chapter 2~

"I'm gone to them, like I withered away and became a zombie"
"Are you okay ms?"
"I'm lost, do you know where I am"
The turned back to realize it was a little girl.
"What's your name?"
"Where am I?"
"You're in district 4"
"What do you mean district 4, what are you talking about?"
She grabbed my hand and took me to the gates of distinct 4.
"I can't go honey, I have family back where I'm from"
"Oh I see." She starts pouting.
I bend down and look her in her eyes.
"I'll be back with my family sweetie."
"Okay" she ran to the gates and yelled
"Jewel it's me let me in"
The gates opened and she ran through.
I started running the same way I came, I ran and ran with tears burning my eyes. I should have brought a damn weapon. I hear a shout. It's Kyle.
"Evelynn!"
"I'm over here babe, over here" I tell back as loud as I possibly could.
He came running with tears in his eyes. He got to me and picked me up hugging me and kissed me.
"Baby, I was so scared. you didn't bring a weapon."
"I'm not a sissy Kyle"
He gave me another kiss and put me down. I'm about 7 weeks pregnant now and I'm starting to get a little tummy.
"Where's Trent?" I ask nervously.
"Him and Kayla left"
"Oh"
"Baby, I know that hurts but they'll live"
"Not with that stupid ass Trent!"
I yell back. He's surprised by my answer.
"Follow me" he said.
"Where are we going?"
He grabbed my hand and pulled me to and oak tree.
"Remember what happened right here before all of this crazy shit happened?"
"This was the start of forever" I say
"Come closer"
"Okay"
"Closer"
I got closer and closer. He hugged me tight.
"Babe" he pushed me away a little
"Something wrong?"
"Run away with me"
"What?"
"Just me and you, let's go away, start a new life"
"What about jayden?"
"My mom will look after him."
"I promised I would never leave him"
"Oh, babe. I just thought-"
"I know babe, I want to but jayden"
"It was a stupid Idea anyways"
"No it wasn't babe"
"Let's go home" he grabs my hand and stops after we leave the oak and puts his hands on my stomach.
He whispers in my ear "this I our baby and ill never give up on you. I love you and this child inside of you"
"Baby, your a good man."
"Evelynn"
"Yes?"
"Where are we?"
"Um. I thought you knew" he winks at me and takes me to the back way to my house. I've never been back here.
"Here we are baby"
"Thank you. For looking for me."
"Why are you thanking me? I just found the girl I am in love with because I didn't want her to get hurt."
