Chapter 2

When we escaped safely without any zombies in the way, Leon was looking at me. I looked at him back.

"Thanks for helping me back there." Leon said.

"No problem." I said. "What now?"

"Oh well wanna hang out sometime?" Leon asked. I blushed for a sec and then smiled.

"Ok sure. Why not?" I said happily. We both stared at each other for a moment and then suddenly blushed.

"Leon...I....I wanted to tell you something." I began. I was going to tell Leon how I felt about him. Ever since I was with him, I fell in love with him.

"What is it Carrie?" Leon asked.

"I have....." I began but I heard a voice interrupting me.

"Did I miss anything?" A women said.

"Sherry!!!!" Leon said.

"Sherry???" I asked.

"Yes thats me. You must be new." Sherry said.

"Yea I am a citizen. But I have been training with your friend Leon so I may know the basics." I said.

"Oh goodie goodie. We need your help." Sherry said. "By the way my name is Sherry Birkin."

"Oh nice to meet you Birkin." I said. "My name is Carrie."

"Nice to meet you Carrie." Sherry said. We both smiled.

"So what brings you here Sherry?" Leon asked.

"I was going to find Jake but lucky I founded both of you." Sherry said.

"Jake Muller?" I asked. Jake Muller was my brother.

"Yes....you know him???" Sherry asked.

"Yea...hes my brother." I said. Leon and Sherry was shocked.

"We need to know what is it you and Jake have?" Leon asked. I sighed and began to tell them.

"Me and Jake was immune when we both was a baby. I had more than immunity. I had the secret to open doors and stop things. The only way this can stop if and if I die." I said.

"Is there any other way." Sherry said.

"No....apparently not...." I said sadly.

"Theres got to be another way." Leon said.

"Well there isnt." I said.

"Why you have to die?" Sherry asked.

"Because I am the cure." I said.

"We dont have alot of time." Leon said. "Come on. Lets go find Jake."

"Right." I said and we both went to find Jake.
