Zodiac Murder Mystery

Chapter One

"Are you excited for Leo's party tonight?" Cancer asked Libra, while putting on some lipgloss.

"Yeah! Totally! I can't wait to see Leo's new mansion," Libra squealed, leaning on her chair.

Libra, Cancer and Virgo are having a little hangout at Cancer's house. You know, to prepare for Leo's big party for the holidays.

"Who else is coming?" Libra questioned.

" Pisces, Taurus, Sagittarius, Leo DUH, Aries, Aquarius, Gemini, Scorpio, and Capricorn," Virgo replied, looking into the window. Suddenly, blood rushed into Libra's cheeks when Virgo said 'Aries'.

"Seriously, Libra?" Virgo scoffed, "You still having a BINK BINK for Aries?".

Libra didn't respond. She hide her face behind her arms. Even when her face is unseen, Virgo and Cancer could tell that her face was even more red.

"Now, now, Virgo," Cancer aforementioned, "Don't pressure Libra, now would you?".

"Okay, mum," Virgo snarled, pulling her phone out and pretend that she didn't care.

Instead of shooting back, Cancer turned around and focus on her make-up. It was obvious that Cancer doesn't want to have any of Virgo's attitude.

After ten minutes of Libra trying to gain peace again, they both finally gave up, and went on with their looks, still having tension between those two.

A few hours later, they were in front of Cancer's house, all dolled up and ready to go. Even though, Virgo wasn't that dolled up. She only put on jeans and some lipgloss.

"Why are we waiting so long? It's been like FOREVER," Virgo whined. "Besides, what are we waiting for, anyway".

"Relax Virgo, it's only been ten minutes," Cancer said, a little intimidating. "Plus, we're waiting for Leo to come and pick us up".

"OMG Leo's picking us up?!" Virgo exclaimed, flicking her eyelashes innocently.

Libra rolled her eyes, before unexpectedly yelled, "Stop acting innocent, Virgo!".

But Virgo reply to that by giving Libra a smirk, but still continue. "OHHHHHH MY GAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWD!".

Before Libra punched her in the face, a horn came from a van head over to their direction.

It stopped right in front of them, while the window that belongs to the front seat tilted down.

It uncovered Leo, driving the van with his golden haired on fleek. He smirked with half lidded eyes. "Hello ladies," he purred. Beside him was Aquarius with both his hands resting on his head, brushing his sapphire blue hair.

"The others are at the back," Leo added, gesturing his hands to the back of the van. "Have fun!".

Virgo, who looked as if she haven't had water or food for days, walked to the sliding door with sunken shoulders and half-lidded eyes. "Finally," she muttered under her breath.

As soon as the door slide open, a loud music banged right into the girl's' ears.

"Would you please cut the music?!" Cancer yelled, covering her ears like the others. The music was so loud, it could even be heard 2 km away.

To Cancer's bad luck, it seems like no one listen to her, or even hear her with that ear-piercing music around. With a large breath inhaled, Cancer finally yell:

"STOP THE MUSIC".

It caught Pisces', or apparently the DJ's attention, he turned off his music on his phone, that is connected to an enormous speaker. Then, he stared at Cancer confusedly.

"Yo, what happened to the music?" Sagittarius said out loud, being oblivious to her surroundings."I was just having fu-". She trailed off right after her gaze meets Cancer's angry ones.

"Oh" was all she said before sitting back into her seat, again.

"Classic Sag",Cancer signed, before walking in the van, followed by the Virgo and Libra.

She stopped in front of a seat that looks undamaged from all the food and snacks the group brings to this car.

This will do, she thought, before putting on her seatbelt and watch over the shenanigans at the back.

Meanwhile at the back of Leo's luxurious van, Aries lay on the back seat behind the enormous speakers, taking three seats at once.

Libra gazed at the red-haired boy shyly. Until Virgo gave her a push, which almost made Libra tumble down.

"Hey, Virg-" Before Libra could complain anything else, Virgo was already chilling with Sagittarius. Libra signed, fuming her eyebrows at her brown-haired friend. That caught Virgo's attention and she gave her a wink, before continue debating Sagittarius' theory that the moon doesn't exist.

Libra took a step towards Aries. A tint of pink spread on her cheeks. She stood there for what it seems like a decade, until the window at the front rolls down, revealing Leo and Aquarius once again.

"Everyone, buckle up, we're about to go ".

Pisces gave him a nod, ready to burst out his music again. On the other hand, Gemini sat next to Sagittarius, while Virgo laid down on a seat beside Taurus. As for Cancer, she sat alone, not wanting to deal with those shenanigans.

Leo glanced at Libra, who seem to be irritated and panicking at the same time. "Well Libra, I suggest you sit somewhere in ten seconds before you ending up rolling down my van". That earned a lot of giggles.

With that, Libra quickly walked over to the backseat, where Aries is seated. "C-can I si-sit here?" she stammered, beats of sweat rolling down her forehead as well as a blush.

Aries didn't answer a word. He just removed his legs without any eye contact.

Libra hesitate for a second, but sat down immediately after the vehicle started moving and the music started blasting again.
