"Okay, the last activity of the day will be capture the flag you will all be put into either team blue or red you will be given a paint gun and a vest if you are hit with paint on your vest you are out and you will go to the cafeteria." Lauren explained.

"I don't like this." I complained as the staff passed us each a vest and a paint gun.
