     KJ SPRINTED UP the stairs and barged straight into Cait's apartment. With Cait in a great deal of shock from the sudden noise, she threw her shoe at the man that stood out of breath in her doorway.

     "What the hell? You can't scare me like that. Estás loco o estúpido?" Cait yelled angrily.

     "Um, yes?" KJ replied not understanding what his friend was saying, "So the dog?"

     "Lying in her bed, babuino," she flew her hand in the air and dismissed him while she poured coffee into her travel cup.

     KJ soon saw the husky puppy and his eyes opened wide. He lay around messing with the pup for a couple of minutes before they had to leave. Cait opened the door and locked it after KJ followed behind her.

     "Can I buy your dog?" He blurted out on the way to the car.

     "No, but you can come around and clean up after her any time you want," she spoke and her accent was thick but adjusting.

     "Deal."
