Personality - Phoebe is a reckless and crazy person by nature. She can be very playful and enjoys teasing her friends. She hides that fact that she is a bit depressed and is in constant fear of her alter ego.
Likes - Phoebe is quite fond of art and will drawn in her free time. She's always willing to train and loves the family she has with the Avengers.
Dislikes - Phoebe hates being alone for to long or feeling like she's being ignored. She really like mercenaries like her father, her father included on her list of people she doesn't like.

Bio - Phoebe never had the easiest childhood growing up. Her mother was an ex-villain who fled after an incident with the demon Lithia. When she was born, her mother moved the two of them to Sokovia where she lived the first 6 years of her life in semi-peace. Her mother was always stressed which made Phoebe grow up a bit faster then she should have. On the eve of her 7th birthday, Phoebe's mother was killed by assassins sent by the government to kill her. Phoebe had fled the scene after her mother's death, having hid herself from them. She wandered the streets the next few weeks, living of scraps and (unbeknownst to her) using her regeneration to heal minor wounds that she earned.
That is until one day she meet the Maximoff twins. Their parents decided to take her in until they could find a more suitable home for her. The family lived together peacefully for the next year before the Stark bombs dropped and killed her adoptive parents. Phoebe had sustained a major injured that slowly healed over the next week.
After the death of the their parents, the Maximoffs raised themselves until they were offered to be test subjects for a Hydra experiment. They accepted, Phoebe and Pietro gaining super speed and Wanda a telekinetic ability. They were trained to use these powers in battle and kept a secret from the rest of Sokovia. She continued to stay close with her siblings, all of them trusting in each other with their problems with the training.
