I was reading a book to past the time. After an hour, she finally awoke. I gave her a plate of cookies because that's the only snack with sugar in it. She ate one and another one and another like she was hungry.

A large explosion came from the outside and tore the blast doors apart. The loud explosion was heard miles away and attracted Most of the infected people in Vale to their location. A massive horde then came and swarming inside [Name]'s base. He then ordered ruby to get in the suit and teleport away but she grabbed her scythe and started swinging with all her might. He started shooting using his FP6 on his left hand and and a HK417.
He pulled both triggers and turned around to shoot another bullet killing 15 of the infected.
Ruby joined as they side by side killed all 98 of the remaining infected.
