Adriana's Pov

"We cannot settle for this. This is to much we cannot afford it" i said when the venue for the concert was change

"We don't have another choice miss lee"

"Oh why give me a problem before i leave" i went on the couch here in my office trying to massage my forehead and close my eyes

"Uhmmm miss lee somebody wants to see you" i opened my eyes. seriously?

"Not now stella. Not now" i ordered

"Okay miss lee" then she went out and when she entered again she has a boquet with her "it's from the exo miss"

"Oh i thought it's someone i don't know let them enter"

"Actually miss 'Him only' "she corrected then she gesture someone to come in

"Oh you" it was taehyung i've been avoiding him since i arrive i saw him earlier but i ran so that he won't see me

"I'll be leaving miss"

"No stella. I don't know how to speak korean remember" i lied i don't want to feel it again oh please stop the agony

"Miss lee he said he wants to talk to you alone"

"No how can i understand him?"

"Think i should leave miss" because taehyung looked at her

"I am your boss don't be threaten"

"Why you don't want to talk to him?"

"I don't know. Why in the first place he wants to talk?" I asked

"Because.... uhmmm.. i really should go" when she left total silence

"Miss lee. I am sorry" he started and broke the silence

"It's okay i told you everything is fine" i gesture him an okay sign i stood up and move to my office chair

"I want to say sorry for everything" oh maybe he's still guilty

"It's okay. Friends" although i am far from him i still offered my hand

"Friends" he smiled and then silence again

"Is that all i will work. Uhhmmm before i go home" i said i hope he understands

"Okay" he said but he did not left

"Uhmmm you not go?" I tried to make him understand

He grab his phone and translated something.

"I will be waiting for them to arrive" he was talking about the boys. He mean that he'll stay here while me ugh! no this is awkward for me

Total of silence for almost an hour. Ghad when is the boys returning? This is so awkward

"Miss lee?" Taehyung called

"Hmmmm?" I just hmm while still looking at my laptop i'm actually not doing anything there

"You back here?" That made me look at him

"Why?" Okay don't assume he's just asking okay adriana? Don't you'll get hurt again he took he's phone and translated "because of the concert" ahhh see it's because of the concert

"You back for concert" he's trying to speak it right

"Maybe i still don't know" i said and back to my laptop

"Okay" he answered and there's a total of silence again

After 3 hours...

I saw taehyung stare at me then when i stare him back he's looking in different direction. Now i am doing something at my laptop it's my speech for the ceremony at United Nations.

"Anyeonghaseyo" a breath of relief when i heard the boys say that

"What took you so long?" I asked at kyungsoo

"We were waiting for Choi taehyung downstairs because we did not know he's here already we were texting him but he's not answering" kyungsoo

"He is so weird" i commented

"Yeah tell me about that he's been acting strange this past days"

"Really?" Well i am just curious i swear just curious

"Miss lee" Stella called

"Yes stella?"

"Sorry to interrupt but you nees to leave now your mom" upon hearing that i ran as fast as i could "she is in the hospital miss someone tried to kill her but she is fine now she is confined to the hospital in the Philippines so you need to go there"

"Okay do i have a ticket? Is everything okay for me to leave?"

"Yes miss, you'll be riding your private plane"

"Okay so were heading at the airport?"

"Yes miss" i took my phone from my pocket

Calling Daddy....

(Hello?)

"Dad? How's mom?"

(She's recovering now princess are you heading to the Philippines now?)

"Yes i'm on my way to the airport"

(Okay be safe. Your body guards with you?)

"Yes dad they are with me" i said while still running

(Okay i'll hang up now your mom's calling me)

I hurried going in the car and ghad i am trembling this is not the first time she was threat but i still feel nervous. When we arrived the airport i almost wanted to kill the pilot because we never left yet there's still many safety whatever they are talking about i am not listening i can't focus my mind is pre-occupied of what happened to mom

"Miss lee please calm yourself" stella was worried i want to cry at this moment "kyungsoo ask if your alright?"

"Oh i forgot to say goodbye"

"It's okay miss your going back here before you go home" yeah she's right

When we arrive at the Philippines we go directly to the hospital. When i entered the room i saw mom was sleeping.

"Daddy!" I cried while hugging dad

"Hush adriana mom's resting she is okay now we just need to transfer blood to her"

"Why what happened?" I asked

"She was walking to the parking lot going to the hotel her body guards were there they thought the guy will just get he's car all of it was fast he grabbed a knife and plunge it to your mom's left leg"

"What you said it was not that serious?"

"I don't want you to worry that much while travelling. Doctor said she can't walk for two weeks or so she needs to rest. So yoi'll be incharge at our business you'll be staying at states for a little bit longer princess" upon hearing that a smile form my lips

"What's with the smile are you happy that something happen to your mom?"

"Hell no. Of course no dad i am happy because i can stay at states" he just shrugged

"But remember your still going back at Korea" he said ugh! Remind me again dad. Remind me again
