DM Bhojpur - Preparation Of Chief Minister's Visit To Bhojpur

Saw Preparations have begun in the district regarding the decision of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Right now, the date of travel has not been decided, yet the district administration has been preparing for the preparation. District Magistrate Dr Birendra Prasad Yadav has issued the order to all the officials of the departments to be updated. From district level officials, meeting with sub-divisional and block level officials, the District Magistrate has handed the task to all. To complete the construction of all pending projects, to expedite the execution of cases related to the court and to all the departments to make the ACDC bill adjustment as soon as possible. After the order of the District Magistrate, all the Department Heads, sub-divisional officers, Block Development Officer and the Regional Officer have started updating their subordinate works. The personnel have also been given strict instructions. In addition to other works, the preparation of the Chief Minister's seven decision plan has started in the center. The District Magistrate has issued orders for the regular monitoring of subordinate blocks to all the in-charge officers of all blocks. Apart from this, separate instructions have also been given to Municipal Corporation and Nagar Panchayat. Additional Collector Surendra Prasad has been instructed to review the preparation by meeting with the subdivision, block and zone officer.

Uniform for Contractual Workers: Surely, the journey for the journey has begun. Contract workers will now be seen in uniform. That too from the same week. There will also be an introduction letter. Now the Office Will Remain chak chak : The District Magistrate has said in the order given to Municipal Corporation and Nagar Panchayat that all the major offices and LED bulbs around them. Now no office, premises will remain in the dark.

Cleanliness & File Maintenance: The police station or administrative office will not mess up the mess and file. The District Magistrate has directed to clean the offices, premises and duly maintain the file maintenance.
