"Please don't hurt me! I don't have any money!"

Chrom heard a cry from the opposite ally from him. He quietly took out his a small wooden dagger he kept in his white jacket. Remember what his grandfather told him.

'Listen Chrom, You can only take this dagger out from your jacket if you really the most. Its damage is much weak but if your enemy's HP is around 20 and below, that would easily stung and knocked them out. It is also has a longer durability state so you can use it anytime. Be careful with it.'

I took out his pocket mirror which he stole from her mother weeks ago and saw three big boys, around the age of 11 to 12 years old, surrounded an female orphan, around his age.

'Okay, those three boys HP's are just around 15 so its good to use this dagger. I have to be sneaky and very fast if I want to get this timing right and escape easily with that girl. So here goes nothing. ' He thought as slowly took off pulling his hood to cover his head and his face.

He stabbed the back of the big kid in the middle first, he was badly knocked out. "What the--!?" Exclaimed  two remaining conscious boys. Chrom then turn counter clockwise to hit the second boy, in his right, in his stomach and turned clockwise back to the third boy, in his left, who decided to throw a punch at him. He blocked it and stabbed him in his sides.

After the boys are knocked out, Chrom grabbed the girl's hand and ran endlessly through the square. When he knew the boys aren't gonna catch them, he stopped and sat down next to the fountain.

"Are you alright?" He asked the girl who was catching her breath too. She nodded quietly and looked at Chrom with fear, thinking that he was one of the boys too.

"No no, I'm not gonna hurt you. Here, an apple!" The nine-year old boy gave the girl an apple that he chased throughout the square. The girl was wearing a brown cloak, covering her entire body included her face too. She was barefooted but Chrom noticed the scars around his legs.

The girl took the apple and gave it a munch. She was confused and kinda like the taste of the fruit he just gave. Chrom smiled as he looked at the girl's reaction.

"My name is Chrom, How about you?", Chrom asked as he took his hand to shake her's. The girl just took off her cloak and reveal a cute... Fox-girl?

"I'm Robin! A Firefox!" She said as she shaked his hand. She has orange fox-like ears and a bushy orange tail with a lighter orange highlights at the tip. She has a medium length of hair, not too long, not too short, just orange hair. Her eyes was blue as the ocean. She was wearing a bright blue and black stripped jacket with an orange inner shirt paired with black pedals. She is still barefooted but she looks like she is not from around here.

"Woah, R-Robin? Is that also a girl's name?" and ended his sentence with them giggling. "It's kinda cute of a fox-like human like you! Are you from around here? Where are your parents."

"I... Dont have any.. "

" oh.. Then Wanna hang out with me for the time being?"

"Hey, PUNK! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO STABBED US, AREN'T YOU? TAKE THIS!!" The three big kids that Chrom stung them for a few seconds came and grabbed him by his jacket. The leader tried to punch him but was hold off by something.

"Hey girl! LET ME-ughhh... Umm... " The leader turned as he saw the girl, her blue eyes turned into bright yellow and she grew two more tail in her back. Red, yellow and orange colors swiveled around her like they were power ups in a game.

"DON'T TOUCH HIM!!" She screamed and she show off her claws. As she looked at them with death in her eyes, the boys dropped Chrom and ran for their lives.

Shocked, he looked at her. "R-Robin? That... That was.. AMAZING!!" He exclaimed as he gave Robin a big hug.

"You're not scared of me?" She said as she hides her claws. "You are a nine-tailed-Firefox! I read that kind of species in the books in the library. It will be very helpful in combating if you reached your final form. Hey! You know what, why don't we practice spar? You can help me become a good swordsman and I could help you reached your final form!"

'He's too innocent! I.. I can't let him see the worst of me. I am supposed to be avoiding humans but Chrom caught my eye. I... Need to protect him then. ' She hugged back and smiled, "Glady! We could together, my comrade."

He released from the hug and looked at her with confusion. "Comrade? That's a harsh word. How about best friends! What do you say, best friend?" He gave a little prince bow and took out his hand, as if offering her to a dance.

She smiled and accepted his offer, "I would love to accept your request, my best friend."
